Release of Spokesman Witness From Prison

Wednesday, February 17th, 2016

Today is False Prophet Ronald Weinland’s scheduled release from prison, with time off for good behavior. Too bad that false prophecies don’t count as bad behavior, but in this country you can get away with about anything so long as you call it religion and remember to pay your taxes. I imagine that Joel Osteen faithfully pays the taxes on his humble parsonage.

weinland_releasedUnder the terms of Ron’s sentencing order, he now begins 3 years of “Supervised Release” which is essentially probation. He has to report to his probation officer who can decide whether or not Ron is allowed to leave the judicial district (federal court’s Eastern District of Kentucky). From a statement in a recent sermon, he will at least be allowed to travel across the Ohio River to Cincinnati to conduct the feast there this fall. As he was allowed to travel internationally during the period between his indictment and his trial, I expect that will eventually be allowed as well. That may depend on whether or not he’s met the Special Conditions of Supervision included in his sentencing order, such as keeping up with the payments on the $245,176 fine and refiling accurate tax returns for all tax years beginning in 2004.

Of course he’ll be able to dispense with all those restrictions, once he gets his full Witness powers and can breathe fire on the probation officer.

Ron has been in a halfway house since December. He has been allowed to deliver sermons live and in person to his church members. I imagine that he was allowed to wear the Nordstrom’s $1700 suit that he wore to trial and was not required to wear a lime-green jump suit. I don’t know whether conjugal visits were allowed while in the halfway house, but now that he’s released he can give Laura a stiffie for her birthday. Happy 60th birthday, Laura.

RRM Cincinnati

RRM_CincinnatiWithin the last few days, False Prophet Ronald Weinland has been transferred from the Terre Haute FCI to the Cincinnati RRM.  Here is the address:

RRM Cincinnati
RESIDENTIAL REENTRY OFFICE
36 E. 7TH ST., SUITE 2107-A
CINCINNATI, OH  45202

This type of office manages inmates either at a Residential Reentry Center or on home confinement.   I expect that Ron is now wearing a GPS ankle bracelet in his home next to the golf course, and will be prophesying and confronting world leaders from his basement until his release in February.

ETA: The following comment was left by “Hank”, appears to be an internal PKG communication but I am not able to verify its authenticity.  It does seem genuine, so I am including it in this post:

This is to inform everyone that Ron has been released early, as of Tuesday the 15th, and he will be staying in what is called a “halfway house” in the Cincinnati area. We are not sure how long he will have to be there before being sent home to “home confinement.” This halfway house is only about a 15 to 20 minute drive from the house and it will save Laura about a three hour drive (one way) that she had been used to making. Hopefully it won’t be too long before he will be given the ability during the day to at least work from home (Church offices) in order to once again begin working on sermons, preparing the book for publication and distribution, etcetera.

After a time, even if it takes a couple of months, he will be under “home confinement” in order to finish the 42-month sentence which will end in August. Until then, he does not believe that he will be able to travel to any other area, and even after it may be very limited for a time. We will just have to wait and see. The bottom line is that it is all a matter of God’s timing and where He intends that Ron should be, even if it is right here in the Cincinnati area for the next few years.

As a result of being released early, we have cancelled the Missouri visit and Laura, along with Johnny and Myrtle will be in Cincinnati on that Saturday, December 26th. Ron will not be allowed to attend services this Saturday, but we are hopeful that he may be allowed to attend the following week, although this also may not be a possibility so please keep this in your prayers.

I will add that characterizing Ron as “released” is inaccurate. He is still within Bureau of Prisons custody, only transferred to a different facility. And when in home confinement, he would still not be released from BoP custody.

Home Confinement for the Spokeman Witness

Sunday, July 26th, 2015

Recently a comment was left by “mirele” pointing out the Bureau of Prisons [BOP] policies on home confinement.  Title 18, Section 3624(c) of the US Code provides:

“(c) Pre-release custody.–The Bureau of Prisons shall, to the extent practicable, assure that a prisoner serving a term of imprisonment spends a reasonable part, not to exceed six months, of the last 10 per centum of the term to be served under conditions that will afford the prisoner a reasonable opportunity to adjust to and prepare for his re-entry into the community.”

The “conditions” may be a halfway house.  They also may be home confinement with electronic monitoring such as the GPS ankle bracelet of humility that Ron wore between his conviction in June of 2012 and reporting to prison in February of 2013.  Whichever method, the prisoner is still considered to be in the custody of the BoP.  For example, young earth creationist and tax felon Kent Hovind is currently on home confinement with the BoP website showing his release date as August 9.

What does this mean for Weinland?

In Weinland’s case, he has a scheduled release date of February 17, 2016.  Getting out my false-prophecy-date-calculating tool (Microsoft Excel), I calculate that Weinland could go on home confinement as early as October 13 or as late as October 29 depending on how “last 10 percentum of the term to be served is interpreted”.  There are 1110 days from the date Ron entered prison to his scheduled release date, and there are about 1277 days in 42 months, the length of his sentence.  Calculating 111 or 127 days of home confinement   These dates are also approximate since the BoP may round off their calculations differently and put other factors in their calculation.  So I would just put it that Weinland could be on home confinement in mid to late October of this year.

During his home confinement while awaiting sentence and reporting to prison, Weinland was able to hold services in his basement and live stream his sermon audio to mesmerize his shorn sheep around the world.  But he was not able to travel mesmerize them in person.

The Last Great Day is October 5 this year, so with the mid to late October date range for home confinement, this would be the third Last Great Day that Ron will not be able to give one of his barn-burner sermons.  But with this date range he would be able to stream an audio sermon the day before the third time he begins his job as Spokesman of the Two Witnesses for the third time on November.  The last two times he began his job as Witness(during April and December of 2008), he and the Silent Witness traveled to Jerusalem.  But he would not be free to do so this time.  Maybe the Silent Witness will travel to Jerusalem for the event while the Spokesman Witness speaks to an Internet audio stream. Will be interesting to see how he’ll spin this.

Inset Post – An Apostle and Prophet

Wednesday, April 1st, 2015

Ron was overdue for a post, longer than 3 weeks since last one.  Here is his latest nonsense, including claims about his IRS difficulties.  One of them I’ve already refuted in my post Sentencing Memorandum of Mike (DDTFA).  As far as his claim that there is a “required dollar amount” before the government can take action, I doubt that there is a legal requirement but there may be administrative standards the IRS and US Attorney has preferring to get convictions for larger dollar amounts.

Update: I failed to copy over the “introduction to the introduction” shown below in italics.  There has been criticism of his speaking of himself in the third person.  While that might be appropriate for a paragraph or two in a jacket liner, writing your own introduction in the third person is … well, rather weird.

———–  Weinland’s Post: ————

The following post has been written to inform you of the new introduction for the two books on the book website.

AN APOSTLE AND PROPHET
Ronald Weinland, an author whose books have gone into over 170 countries in 7 languages, is first and foremost an apostle to the One Almighty Eternal God. Preceded by Herbert W. Armstrong who led the Worldwide Church of God, Ronald Weinland is an apostle in a long lineage of God’s apostles, beginning with the original 12 who began their work in 31 AD, long before others emerged falsely calling themselves Christian.

Ronald Weinland is the last apostle in this final age of man’s self-rule. That self-rule will end with the second coming of Jesus Christ who returns to put an end to WW III and bring peace to this earth – peace which mankind has been unable to achieve for 6,000 years. He came the first time, nearly 2,000 years ago, as God’s Passover Lamb who made possible the forgiveness of sins for mankind. This time, he is coming as a “Lion” with great supernatural power to chasten, battle, and conquer those who are destroying the earth. Jesus Christ will then establish a one-world government under his reign – in peace – for the next 1,000 years.

Historical accounts have some variance, but it is believed that most all of the original apostles, including Paul who was the apostle to the gentiles, were imprisoned and eventually killed. The last apostle to write scripture was John, who was also a prophet, and while imprisoned by the government of his time on the Isle of Patmos, he had revealed to him the Book of Revelation, which he then wrote. Ronald Weinland is the only other apostle who has also been made a prophet by God and Jesus Christ. He is the counterpart to John, in that John was given knowledge to record the Book of Revelation for the end-time and Ronald Weinland was given the “meaning” and the responsibility to declare that “meaning” in these books, other writings, and in a vast number of recorded speeches.

Since the days of John, nearly 1,900 years ago, God’s true Church has not been accustomed to having a prophet, but God made Ronald Weinland a prophet in 1997. The first book, The Prophesied End-Time (published in mid-2004), is the product of what God gave to him concerning the beginning fulfillment of prophetic end-time events that Christ revealed were to begin first in His own Church – events that began to occur in December of 1994 with the opening of the First Seal. Since most in the world have not readily known of God’s true Church, they are largely unaware that these events involved the opening of the first six seals of Revelation. It is also revealed how 9/11 was a fulfillment of the Sixth Seal and a prophetic type of what is yet to follow on a vastly larger scale.

His last book, 2008 – God’s Final Witness, begins to pinpoint the timing of the remainder of major end-time events and adds far more information beyond what the first book covers. This book reveals the opening of the Seventh Seal (the last seal to be opened), which occurred in 2008, and the book also reveals the meaning of the Seven Trumpets, as well as the Seven Thunders of Revelation, which John was forbidden to record. However, it also needs to be made clear that all initial timing mentioned in this book has been moved forward by exactly seven years.

These final end-time events that will plunge mankind into a third world war began with the opening of the Seventh Seal of Revelation in 2008. These events have begun with the first phase of a great economic collapse, which has only been temporarily delayed by quantitative easing that will actually lead the world into a far more horrific global economic collapse. These final prophecies reveal the collapse of the U.S. Dollar, as well as the decline and eventual destruction of the United States itself. The final great war prophesied will be between temporarily united European nations and the axis powers of both Russia and China combined.

Ronald Weinland is the last apostle to be sent to this world, and as such, God has established through him a final testimony (witness) of mankind’s true attitude and spirit toward God Himself. This has been made manifest (revealed) through “the many” who have turned in bitterness, hatred, disgust, mockery, ridicule, and slander toward the one whom God has sent.

Much of mankind’s true attitude has also been revealed through Ronald Weinland’s trial and imprisonment by the government of the United States. He began serving his sentence in February of 2013, with a release date in February of 2016. God has established the true spirit of mankind through the ages by how his prophets and apostles have been treated, with so many of them being imprisoned and even many killed.

Ronald Weinland was accused and convicted of purposefully evading the payment of taxes to the federal government. It was imputed that many expenses declared as Church expenses could not be declared as such, but were personal, and therefore, taxes should have been paid on those personal expenses. The two primary expenses that gave the government the “required dollar amount” necessary to bring about such an indictment and then a conviction was based on Church beliefs and legitimate religious practices for God’s Church.

The main dollar amount was $300,000 in Church money, which was moved to a bank in Switzerland. This was made to look sinister, even though it was told to the Church in 2002 that money would be placed there in Ronald Weinland’s personal name in order to give the Church the ability to continue to function during a third world war that will engulf the world in the final years of the end-time (which will now occur within a period between November 2015 {as originally posted was 2016 but changed after a commenter pointed out the error} and May of 2019). This movement of money to Switzerland was due to the prophetic belief that the U.S. Dollar will collapse during those final years and that a meager amount of funds, along with the ability to continue doing a “religious work,” could be aided by funds deposited in Switzerland. Just as with events that transpired in part during WW II, the nation of Switzerland had been believed to be a location that would once again be considered a “safe zone” for securing deposits.

This last book, 2008 – God’s Final Witness, explains what people must do if they want to survive this last war – a nuclear war – and live on into a new age that God will give to mankind.

One More Year

Tuesday, February 17th, 2015

release_dateA brief note here to break up the prophetic blather.  Ronald Weinland is serving a 42-month prison term for 5 counts of criminal tax evasion.  He started serving just about 2 years and 2 weeks ago.  With time off for good behavior, his scheduled release date is one year from now.

But the sentencing order requires an additional 3 years of supervised release.  Which means that Ron will not be allowed to leave the Eastern District of Kentucky without permission from his probation officer.  The sentencing order also includes this provision:

13) as directed by the probation officer, the defendant shall notify third parties of risks that may be occasioned by the defendant’s criminal record, personal history, or characteristics and shall permit the probation officer to make such notifications and confirm the defendant’s compliance with such notification requirement.

Wonder if the probation officer could be persuaded that Ron is a danger to those who believe his nonsense or are likely too.

Falsely Accused of Godly Courage

Saturday, May 3rd, 2014

While False Prophet Ronald Weinland continues to serve his 42-month prison sentence (reduced for good conduct to 36 months and change), surrogates have been filling in for his speaking duties.  This week, two of his senior elders took a turn by giving a split sermon.  I hadn’t been paying much attention, but Ex-Cogger posted a comment pointing out something that Jim Jamieson stated:

Look at the two witnesses, God’s two prophets at this time, just not only what they’ve gone through since the Apostasy and how God built courage in them and courage to, you know…”No, I’m not here for a paycheck. I’m here to obey God,” and to walk away from that, and beginning this, starting this end-time work. Look at where we’re at right now. One of, you know, God’s prophets sitting falsely accused in prison, and then his wife, the prophet of God is, you know, out there spearheading this Church and carrying it on and doing the administration and being able to get up in front of congregations as she visits and update all of us and keep us updated on Ron and whatnot. And you know, just the courage that’s there with both of them. And, you know, we need to pray for not only God’s two witnesses, to give them Godly courage, but for each and every one of us, you know. How has God prepared us with Godly courage for what is ahead, you know? And He has, and we might not realize it, but the trials we go through and overcome, well, we learn that, you know, to trust in God and have that Godly courage.

Falsely accused?  Let’s see.  An IRS agent spent 3 1/2 years investigating Ron before an indictment was brought.  This evidence was present in open court in a trial before a jury of his peers who were pretty disgusted by what the heard and quickly found him guilty.  And then his wife?  At his sentencing hearing, the judge stated that he considered Laura an equal conspirator with Ron and on that basis declined to enhance his sentence for being the leader of the criminal conspiracy to cheat Cesar of that which was his.

As far as Ron “no here for a paycheck”, here’s what else Ron had to say about paychecks.  In his sermon of December 29, 2007, he had this to say about what would be the case if his prophecies were not fulfilled:

There’s really a simple answer — he’s a false prophet. I get tons of email every day from people saying ‘We’ll, I guess in 2009 you’re going to be saying this or saying that, or trying to explain to people..” No, I’m done. Just to be real candid with you, so people know and people understand, ……, again that’s the only answer. There is only one answer. …. The world is not like that. You know people who are doing what is not right and they claim certain things or say certain things about what is given to them, and it doesn’t come to pass — then they have to madly change everything and do something else. Or say ‘God showed me this, and I just didn’t understand this, or God has revealed this to me now, and blah blah blah blah. ’ Because when it comes down to it, it’s about the paycheck. It’s about what are they going to do from here on out.

Jim, you’ve been in PKG long enough to have heard Ron make that statement.  You’ve been in PKG long enough to see Ron do exactly what he criticized other false prophets for doing.  You have court transcripts detailing Ron’s tax evasion, available on this website under “Criminal Case” linked at the top of every page on the website.  These transcripts are available directly on line from the federal court.  With all the Lies and Broken Promises Ron has uttered and you have heard yourself, you think he was falsely accused?  Willful ignorance and self deception.

Update: Jocko pointed out another segment in Jim’s sermon:

You know, I know somebody that’s left recently, that that was what they, when they read the book, 2008, they said that’s what proved to them that this was God’s Church and whatnot. But it’s still true! I mean, you know, he gave that sermon in December of ’94, and 40 Sabbaths to the hour… And we have two people that were in that audience that can witness to that, and you can pull up his death certificate. Anyway, my point being is that did happen. And that individual that I was speaking of, you know, okay, if that happened, it’s still true, and that’s what they considered to be the thing that proved that this was God’s Church. But they’re no longer with us!

Jim, maybe these people decided that Ron’s 100% failure at prophesying proved it wasn’t.  Or maybe they read the part in my Lies and Broken Promises page that proveded that it wasn’t “to the hour” when Tkach died 40 weeks later.  Jim, please: do pull up Tkach’s death certificate and see what the hour of his death was.  You should definitely do that.

Groundhog Day

Sunday, February 2nd, 2014

In breaking news, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow this morning at Gobbler’s Knob in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, foretelling six more weeks of winter.  Punxsutawney Phil’s predictions are more often wrong than right.  But still right more often than False Prophet Ronald Weinland, whose ability to prophesy anything correctly is zero.

One year ago today was Ron the Con’s first full day in Federal Correctional Institution, Terre Haute, having voluntarily reported there during the prior day (Feb 1, 2013).  In the year since then, Ron’s little religious empire has been crumbling.  He lost his evangelist Terry Wrozek, who had been with him since he left WCG following “the apostasy”.  He lost his senior elder Ralph Dowd who had been with him nearly as long.  Many others have left PKG, including several who testified at his criminal trial. Even his own son-in-law, brother-in-law, sister, and mother have left.

Ron has many Groundhog Days in front of him, with his release expected for Feb 17, 2016.  Will Ron finally get it right before being released?  I doubt it, rather expecting him to attempt to rebuild his empire from whatever ruins await when he leaves prison to return to his home on the golf course.

A New Weinland Prophetic Date

Thursday, April 11th, 2013

As seen today for the first time on the Bureau of Prisons website:

Three more Pentecosts before this new prophetic date. Will Jesus come on one of them and give False Prophet Ronald Weinland an early release?
