Another Timeline Slip?

As reported last Friday, False Prophet Ronald Weinland’s talented legal defense team filed a motion in US Federal Court to continue his criminal trial currently scheduled to start on March 20 for 75 days.  Judge Reeves has scheduled a hearing on the motion for this Friday at 2 PM.  He may issue his ruling that same day, so I’ll be looking for an order from him on the matter to report on this weekend.  I have other plans for Friday evening, heeding Ronnie’s admonishment to “get a life” so I may not report on it immediately.

Feb 24 update:  The court has not published an order or opinion after today’s hearing.  Perhaps on Monday.  Or maybe Ron will discuss it in the sermon tomorrow, and pigs may fly.

Feb 25 update:  Pigs on the wing.  Ron did mention the court appearance at the beginning of the sermon, says the case is moved to June 4th.

That’s OK Mike we can wait. Amazing how much you have going on in your life just four short years after being cursed to die a speedy death by Rotten Ronnie. Incredible, it truly is.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Uh-oh, here comes another revelation from “God” about how much mercy he has and now he will NOT be returning on May 27, AS WE HAVE BEEN SAYING ALL ALONG….

  • chacha says:

The prosecution must be aware of Ron’s “teachings” regarding the “end of the world as we know it” (thanks REM). Just wondering out loud…how does this play in to how they prosecute the case? I mean, the man is so SURE that christ is returning in May…so why even fight? It must seem as strange to them as it does to me? If you are SOOOOOO sure about it, why not let christ fight the mean ol’ IRS for you? The government of the US is going to fall and be overrun with hordes of some kind…

So is he doing this as a: *snicker snicker…they think they can do this to MEEEEEEEEEEE? I am the most powerful profit that god has ever SENT! I’ll just have them postpone it a little…make them play right into my plan…muuhha hahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!*

    Just sayin….

  • Whisper01 says:

Ron likes to believe in his theology, but he’s not gotten drunk on his own “cool-aid”. He has a “reality” side to her persona as well. He’s driving down to totaly different roads, one is the religious prattle where none of the rules of the planet matter, and two is one where all the rules very much matter! In one he loves to be a great witness and prophet and leader of the ONE TRUE CHURCH… in the other he has to think about retirement, putting rings on his wifes fingers, paying taxes, taking vacations etc…
He’s not a con man, and he’s not a died in the wool religous nut job, he’s a blend of both and sometimes he’s more all about the coming of the J-Man and sometimes he’s all about how much money is in the till. As his date nears he becomes more a realist every day, all the while putting up the front by serminizing how the End Is Near! He very much knows nothing is working out to his “religious fantasy” plan, so he pushes the reality engine even faster.
For whom does the bell toll again?

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

Chacha, you mentioned if the Prosecuters knows of Ron’s prophecies. It made me wonder if Ron explained it all to his attornies. What do you think? Would he dare phrophecy to them? If so I bet they are laughing their butts of to the banks. Deep down they may think he is nutso.. or maybe they will join his cult.

Mike. Live your life, but don’t party too hard Friday nite. :) We will be waiting!!! Can’t wait!!

  • JB says:

Mike, I am glad to hear that you are putting your personal life ahead of RW. It will be most interesting to see what the judges say. So far Ron has been given more privilages than we thought he would—DARN!

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

I agree JB. Something is wrong with that picture… if he had charm I would say Ron is charming them, but he doesn’t so go figure.

  • JB says:

Helen you are so right, charming he isn’t. You would think his mental unstability would shine through. All those bank accounts and credit cards should be a clue that this guy is up to no good. It would have been fun to be a mouse in the corner as the IRS is going through all his records. They say laughter is good for the soul.

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

If we could be mice for just awhile to listen, I would be right there with you and we would have a really good laugh together JB!!!

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

“It made me wonder if Ron explained it all to his attornies.”

And if he didn’t, they could always read my blog ;)

  • Atrocious says:

That’s what I was thinking, Mike. I hope they ARE reading your blog. They would probably get more truthful information from you than from Ron any day.

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

I hope they are reading it. And charging him the full hourly rate for the time spent.

  • Jocko says:

Ever since the indictment I’ve wondered if Ron has told his attorneys about his “job”. You know the one he was supposed to start back in 2008.

Say, Do you think Ron will be eligible for unemployment insurance benefits come May 28th?

If so my advise would be for him to mail in the paperwork before leaving for Jerusalem. You never know how things may go over there.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

    That raises an interesting question:

Do you think that Ron will actually go to Jerusalem, pretend he is fulfilling his Witness role, then come back and explain how God revealed to him he is not supposed to actually die? Or will he stay in the States (free or in jail) and give the same lame explanation WITHOUT the trip to Jerusalem?

Personally, I can;t see him actually going to Jerusalem. He has changed the Bible so many times, why would he actually do ANYTHING that it says? It is all just a bunch of words, since “God” speaks directly to him…

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

Mike, I would sure like to send your “blog” to his attorny’s and prosecuters.. Especially the Prosecuters so they can find out who the real Ron is and they can prosecute him to the fullest. And if they are reading this then my message to them is, “You have come to a great blog if you want to know the truth about Ron”.

Avalo, if Ron isn’t in jail or on ankle bracelet, I bet Ron and Laura will go to Jer and stay there while they are suppose to be dead, and then come back here and show the followers how God brought them back to life. Hey, the guy is a scam artist, and PKG would fall for it and believe him. It won’t be televised because we do not get Jers tv channels.

Mike I still think when this is all over and another prophecy does not happen you should take everything you have on file and write a non-fiction book about a fiction crazy false prophets. I think it should be something on the line of a help book for people to recognize False prophets..
or it would make a good comedy movie..

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

The problem is that what Ron is truly guilty of is not a crime in the US. Deut. 18:20-22 doesn’t fall within their jurisdiction. Almost makes you wih the US had the Christian equivalent of Sharia law …. eh, no!!. Not!!!

If a book on Weinland were a comedy, it would have to be a black comedy. I hear from people all the time who are tangled up in this mess, either directly or indirectly. But I can’t write about the details out of respect for their privacy. So any book would be a bit lopsided.

  • Kirrily XPKG says:

Has there been an increase Mike in the number people you have been hearing from in recent times?

  • Don D says:

    Mal,

On April 3, 2011, you addressed Debbie in the blog headed “The Execution of Judgment”, saying:

“No, I have not yet made a decision about RW”.

You concluded with the following comment:

“But we don’t need to wait until Pentecost 2012. RW himself has said there will be a marked increase in world chaos during the next ‘time’ period (ie. IN THE NEXT 40 WEEKS), and this will involve USA, Britain, Europe etc. If this doesn’t happen, then I believe a large number of PKG’ers patience will run out.”

Those 40 WEEKS ran out on January 8, 2012. Therefore, if you apply your own test as to Weinland’s validity, you will by now be in a position to decide one way or the other, and finally abandon that extremely uncomfortable position of fence-sitting! As you yourself pointed out, you don’t need to wait until Pentecost 2012.

If Weinland was right in his prophecy, there would by now have been “a marked increase in world chaos involving USA, Britain, Europe etc” during that period. And by now, you will have had a period of seven weeks in which to decide whether there HAS BEEN or HAS NOT BEEN such marked increase in WORLD CHAOS.

Mal, I look forward to your definitive pronouncement on Weinland’s validity as God’s End-Time Prophet, based on your own criteria which you spelled out on April 3, 2011.

  • randy terlecki says:

really, i hope the courts don’t do nothing till after may 27,2012 that way he can’t blame it on that. when nothing happens let him sweet some more!!!!!

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

Good idea Randy! I am sure he is sweating already like a pig. Hey cuz, do ya think the mrs. is sweating also, or is she pretty calm and secure as long as the money keeps coming in?

  • randy terlecki says:

thanks for correcting my spelling (sweat) i thank she has more to do with it than him, just saying. he says where else you going to go. who else knows the truth? we all know who doesn’t right!

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

There has been an increase in the number of people who are asking questions or who have already left PKG. But still very few. I’m hoping that there are more who are in those categories but just haven’t chosen to contact me.

Randy, I’ve thought a bit about your notion on the timing of the trial. Worth some consideration, but still I think the sooner the trial happens the better.

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

As far as Mal is concerned, on Jan 13 he restated
“I am happy to remain on the fence for now Mike, just like the happy guy in your picture. After all, what’s the urgency? We are so close now anyway to May 27th, might as well watch and see how things unfold. The world is a dangerous place and becoming more so. Will sinful mankind be able to keep the lid on a nuclear exchange for long? Personally, I wouldn’t bet on it.”

Mal is like Ron a numbers kind of guy, and it appears to me that he is still focusing on Ron’s Signs and Lying Wonders.

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

Cuz, not correcting nothing. Hey, have you read what I write. One has to sipher (sp?)what I write half the time.. We are all friends on here. We shouldn’t give a rats a** about that sort of petty-ness. You have alot of good input. Use it! and if we don’t get all the words correct, and it bothers anybody then F***em…
All is good!! Mike makes sure of that.. been there:)

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

    oops “anything”

off to zumba. check ya’ll out later…oxox

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Indeed, I too am interested in how Mal is going to respond to the latest of Ronald Weinland’s prophetic failures. “We don’t have to wait until 2012″, and yet here we are in 2012 and…(radio static)…nothing.

    Well?

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

I think Mal finds the fence quite comfortable. If Ron is false, hasn’t paid him any tithes. If Ron’s prophecies miraculously come true, then beat feet down to the local PKG associate elder to get baptized.

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

Mike, I hope it isn’t a picket fence. (But if I remember wasn’t it a white picket fence?) Then I would worry big time about this Mal guy if he is comfortable on it. eewww The thought of it makes me sick, sick, sick..

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

Mal’s fence might actually be a nice wide rail. As long as he’s been on it, probably is. Eventually, Mal will climb down from it and find somebody else with Signs and Lying Wonders to ponder from afar.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

The sad part is that his sitting on the fence isn’t necessary. Twice I extended an offer of friendship to him, and twice he ignored me. Some people just don’t want to be happy at the expense of believing that they are “right” all the time…

Poor guy ( I am assuming he is a guy). He needs to marry ‘a type of’ Helen Terlecki, Atrocious, Chacha or Kirrily. They would lovingly straighten his a** out big time…

  • Whisper01 says:

If I miss my guess, sitting on the fence is paramout to treason for Ron. Either your in the flock taking Rons commands and paying to do it, or your on the outside waiting to be destroyed by Rons vengeful God.
I rather think that after the signs come true (lol) Ron will be very skeptical of people who did not show faith and join before, oh and keep tithing to Ron of course, the plauges and destruction began.

But Mikes view of human nature is right, Mal will go find another fence to sit on after May 27th and watch some other dooms-day cult. It’s kinda like watching a movie from a drive in theater, popcorn is optional.

  • Atrocious says:

It’s safe for Mal to sit on the fence. That way he doesn’t have to commit to either side. He’s not really a participant in anything, just an observer. At least he’s not an “active” part of the cult (that I know of).

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

That is right. Sitting on the fence is not necessary or good on ones health. Need to be active, sitting can cause atrophy. So in other words either “dodo, or get off the pot”. I will just refer to Mal as “It”. This way we are covered and no guessing. Just plain “It”. Like on Saturday Night Live.. or cousin “It” on the Adam’s family.

By the way. Hello everyone. Hope you have a WONDERFUL weekend. Kirrily, how’s baby doing?

  • randy terlecki says:

when all this is over ron’s in jail, everything still the same on june 1 2012 witch it will be there will be a nother as–ole to take his place and more people hurt. they should be able to have a class action law siut and get all his money and give it too charity!

  • He needs to marry ‘a type of’ Helen Terlecki, Atrocious, Chacha or Kirrily. They would lovingly straighten his a** out big time…

By chance, I met the HR Diversity Instructor from my old job at a restaurant and we discussed problems in the workplace. She said that two are the most significant problems with hiring people in Pierce County and among employees:

    1) Generation Whine with their lack of committment, lack of expertise and expectations of entitlements;
    2) Gender communications differences.

The second problem which has not been examined or noticed until quite recently (in this Millennium). The way women communicate is far different from the norms of male communication.

I agree with the above quote and, if you are curious about Gender Communications Differences (particularly as it relates to the Armstrongist Churches of God), then note the material at this URL:

    http://dnarefutesbi.com/GenderCommunications.php

As one man said after the (only non-sucky ever) diversity class: “I wish I had known this when I married”.

  • Jocko says:

Less than twelve hours to go before the groupies swarm Ron at his Los Angeles gig. Hope the LAPD has sufficient manpower in place for security and crowd control.

  • martin says:

How many times can Ronald the snake Weinland pull off this schtick? And request delay after delay after delay?

I calculated, that the lawyers would have go through about 10 documents/pages an hour, over a 3 month period, if the a single lawyer was devoted to case for 8 hours a day, and 40 hours a week, over a 3 month period, and that’s if there’s only one layer on the case.

  • 1956… 1956… let me see now… besides “When Prophecy Fails” being published for the first time… hmmm… Oh, yeah!

    “1975 in Prophecy”.

“When Prophecy Fails” came first on January 1. Do you suppose?

What is so amazing is that in the book, “When Prophecy Fails”, it shows the same thing over and over: That even after the prophecy is proved false, supporters not only stay with the group, but they go forth in greater fervor.

This does not portend good for those waiting for Ronald Weinland to fail, who hope his followers will leave. A few might, but for the most part, they will stay.

You all remember what happened in 1975, right?

  • Jocko says:

So his royal awesomeness has bumped his court date to June 4th. Why am I not surprised.

Just started listening to today’s sermon. Ron says sheeple have poured from all over the north American continent as well as Hawaii for today’s sermon.

Ron also placed a Christ’s second coming timeline chart in the back of the hall for all to see.

Plans for this coming Passover services are well underway so it doesn’t look like the tribulation will be starting any time soon.

  • jack635 says:

So his royal awesomeness has bumped his court date to June 4th.

If it is anything like the courts in Canada, this could go on for over a year.

  • Jocko says:

I can’t believe it. Ron has lifted one of Mike’s phrases and used it in his own sermon.

Around the 40:00 mark Ron is talking about the apostasy and says “you want to about something spiritual on a spiritual plane, power, signs and lying wonders, that’s what took place that day.

I don’t recall ever hearing heard Ron use the phrase “power, signs and lying wonders” before today but I could be wrong.

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

That phrase is from 2 Thes 2:9. This chapter talks about the Man of Sin, the Son of Perdition. Which fits Ron Weinland, though he tries to shift that title to Joe Tkach.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

God, I find Ron so sickening. He talks about the court date changing to after May 27th, and people are laughing like it is a big joke.

What a bunch of vile, self righteous scum…sie sind Schweine-Vergewaltiger…

  • Atrocious says:

We’ll see how much they’re laughing when his court date comes up and he’s still around to face the judge. They smugly think that everything will be done and over with by May 27th. Yes, Ron’s attitude is so sickening.

  • burch02 says:

    boo! boo!
