Blogfather

I am pleased to have another topic for this special blog post.  Kirrily and her husband Tony added Corey Alexander to their family at 8:15 AM Brisbane time today, just under 9 pounds.  I think the timing of his arrival may have made a few false prophets among the commenters here on my blog who will nonetheless be happy about this news.

It was just about 3 years ago that Kirrily contacted me after reality did not match what she was hearing over the Internet from the Spokeman Witness.  She has shared her journey with us on my blogs as she navigated away from Ron’s fantasy land, going through ups and downs.  Also sharing her perspective for those considering making the same journey.  I expect that she will be too busy to participate much in the future, but this is a fantastically good reason.

So Kirrily, congratulations to you and Tony for your addition to your family.  I know that you will guide Corey to adulthood and this guidance will not be based on the fevered imagination of a spiritual con man.  Best wishes to you as you take on the new role of being a mum.  (That’s “mom” for those of us on the top side of the world.)

What wonderful news! Congratulations to Kirrily, Tony, and Mike too….. another little mocker in the world. His first sounds will make more sense than any of Ron’s ramblings. Truly awesome. May your little man grow to be all you could hope for. I am sure he will flourish in your loving care. All the best for the future.

Tony and Kirrily, congratulations on your new beautiful arrival. He is so precious!! I know you both are on cloud nine right now. I bet no one can even pry the little angel out of your arms Kirrily..:) Just unbelievable isn’t it??

  • Kirrily XPKG says:

Well guys, he is not even 24 hours into this world and I can not believe how much I love him! My first ever nappy change was a disaster, and I started to laugh because all he could do was smile at me! Lol, mmmmm, who will be teaching who in this relationship!

Thank you all so much for your best wishes.

Isn’t this so much better than wasting your life waiting for an apocolpyse followed by a non return of Jesus, beliefs all spewed from the mouth of a delusional maniac?

Yes, oh boy am I glad I admitted my error and left those beliefs – will you Ron?

Love to you all, somehow with all the sleepless nights, (like last 2 nights!), lol, I will still be commenting here until at least post May 27.

A special thanks to Mike who has helped me through the tough (very tough) journey it has been for me post-PKG. He has helped me more than he probably knows.

I also have many of you here who mean a lot to me too – this blog has become a little family – Corey the newest edition! 🙂

  • Atrocious says:

Little Corey has a lot of cyber aunts and uncles here on this blog. And I’m so glad he will be raised in a loving and caring environment with no predictions of gloom and doom hanging over his head. Can’t wait to see more pictures posted here. Hugs to all of you.

A baby is a precious treasure more valuable than gold. I love babies. Now Kirrily knows why. It cannot be put into words.

  • Moving On says:

Congrats Kirrily and Tony. I am sure you will hear it repeatedly, but treasure every day ~ even the crazy ones. They grow up waaaay too fast!!! But the journey is a great one and you will learn more than you knew was possible from each other.

  • Debbie says:

Corey is so sweet & beautiful !! Bestest of wishes, Kirrily & Tony

  • Disappointed says:

Congratulations, Kirrily! What a beautiful baby…you and Tony do good work!

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

KIRRILY; Sorry I didn’t post sooner. I was in a bit of a Weinland rage-funk after his latest sermon, but have since picked myself back up and am ready to get back into the fight with Evil Ronnie.

CONGRATULATIONS, YOU’RE A MOTHER!!!! You now know what my wife and I felt like looking at that little pink face and feeling your molecules change!! And almost nine pounds! That’s a big baby! He is going to be a strong one!!A (almost) 9 pound baby boy, born free of a cult…a luxury I never had with HWA. For every night of agony I have had in the past/present because of that, Corey will have a night of freedom and curiosity. I can think of no greater revenge on both Ron and Herbie. Ron FAILED to get his claws into you, and Corey is finally here.

    LOVE HAS CONQUERED EVIL…

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

And just look at that cute face! Usually babies are wrinkled and lizard-y. Corey is looking pretty fresh and vigorous for a newborn!

Just makes me want to fight twice as hard against Weinland so that any future “Coreys” born to PKG members get to enjoy the same freedom from tyranny Corey Alexander will enjoy!

  • YYZ says:

Congratulations Little Miss Kirrily Down Under. He is a beautiful boy!

Diaper changin recomended supplies: diapers, boxes of baby wipes, rubber gloves, aprons or coveralls, goggles and clothes pins for the nose(optional). 😉

  • Atrocious says:

Another suggestion: during the first weeks and months of your baby’s life, it might be a good idea to keep a daily diary; especially instances of hilarity. When my firstborn was one week old, I was changing his diaper and holding his tiny legs up with one hand while wiping his bottom with the other, and he let loose with a blast of “mustard” with astounding velocity. It hit me on the bare leg (I was wearing shorts), and had I not been standing in the way, it would have hit the bed (about 4 feet further). I was absolutely amazed, gave an involuntary scream, and when my (then) husband saw what happened, he dissolved in helpless laughter. The baby gave a self-satisfied smile (I’m not kidding).

I wish I could hold your precious baby boy, but looking at his pictures will have to be enough. Thanks so much for sharing.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Boy, does THAT bring back memories! I lost a custom tailored silk suit from Thailand to my oldest one thanks to the “mustard cannon” when I changed her!

  • Jeshurun says:

Hi all and peace unto you. My name is Jeshurun. My name has been given to me by God. In Nov 2007 God called me.
    {Redacted rest of Jeshurun’s screed. Jeshurun, go peddle your nonsense somewhere else}

  • jack635 says:

On the old blog DDTF, Jeshurun was advised of the commenting policy on 01 Jan 2009.

After continuing to “enlighten” us, on 24 May 2010 Jeshurun said:

OK Mike I will not carry on to you, but I will tell you once again that today marks the 1 year mark until the abomination of desolation is set up. Please keep this date in your mind. The date I give you is true and faithful.
    Jeshurun

Jeshurun in another person caught up in falsehoods. His own words convict him. Why do these people take a happy moment and try to make it misery?

I look at the picture of Kirrily’s beautiful baby, and Jeshurun’s insanity disappears from memory. These are the people Kirrily will warn her child about. Lucky baby.

  • J says:

    Congrats Kirrily!

What a blessing to be free of that cult, so that you can look ahead in life and not live idly, like those in PKG. I doubt anyone who truly believes in Weinland’s prophecies would complicate their lives by having children when it’s ‘so close’.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

When I saw Jeshurun’s name on the main pageI knew that the post was going to be “special”. That is the nature of religious freaks. They will even show up and proclaim their sickness even on a post announcing the birth of a baby! See how incredibly WISE you and your husband are, Kirrily!? That is just one more human abomination Corey will NOT be tithing to, or believing when he comes of age.

Another GREAT victory for Kirrily over Weinland and his ilk!!!!!

  • Jace says:

Once again, congratz Kirrily! You totally deserve this and I am so happy for you and Tony!

  • Matt says:

Hurray! What a beautiful baby boy! Well done Kirrily and congratulations!
