Ron Astounded and Bowled Over

False Prophet Ronald Weinland spoke from the Vancouver WA area this weekend.   Since God is showing the mercy of continuing to delay the Great Tribulation, PKG members are taking advantage of this while the opportunity presents to travel to meet their spiritual idol.  He announced trips through the end of February, stating that it’s difficult to plan ahead.  I agree, as Ron will be occupied with his criminal trial in March and if he decides to make a plea agreement has to do so early in the month.

Ron is astounded that some of his elders are hedging their bets by setting funds aside in case Jesus Christ doesn’t return.  Bet-hedging is reserved for the false prophet, who paid his property taxes even though that would not be necessary if Christ really returns in May.  He recommends they listen again to the Last Great Day sermon to reestablish their confidence.  I have a feeling they are thinking of what Ron said in the LGD sermon when deciding to hold back.  I say “Shame on you elders!!  Send it all in!! Ron has an expensive legal defense team to pay for.”

Ron stated that Joe Tkach’s apostasy took place to the hour 13 time 70 weeks before Christ returns.  Ron has scheduled Christ to return at sundown in Jerusalem, which is when God’s day begins.  The time for sunset in Jerusalem on December 17, 1994 was 4:38 PM Israel Standard Time (IST).  IST is UTC +2 hours, while Eastern Standard Time is UTC -5 hours for a 7-hour difference.  So sunset in Jerusalem on 12/17/94 occurred at 9:38 AM Atlanta time.  Was Joseph Tkach speaking at 9:38 AM?  Below is a picture of the Atlanta congregation bulletin for that momentus date.

Note that they were required to clear the hall at 1:30, and other reports indicate that Joe had to cut his sermon short.  Had Joe started his sermon by 9:38 AM?  I doubt it.

Whether or not Joe’s sermon took place exactly 13 x 70 weeks to the hour before Ron’s prophesied return is beside the point.  It is trumped by current events.  Or non-events.  Thielogical Bob just posted breathlessly that Obama was pulling half of our troops out of Germany.  This would be the President Obama who did not take office in January of 2009 because Weinland prophesied that we would not have a new president.  And wait a minute!!! We’re now less than 5 months from Pentecost.  Germany was supposed to be the beast power occupying the US and tormenting us.  Instead, it sounds more like we’re occupying them.  How could that be?

Ron said that he was crunching numbers during the morning before the sermon.  Looking for more signs and lying wonders to distract his following from his continuing prophetic failures.  Ron is bowled over by those still blogging about Herbert Armstrong 26 years after his death.  And by those who blog against him.  By the way wRonG, I don’t need to mention your scatological references, you provide a target-rich environment otherwise.

Avalo, Couldn’t have said it better myself. Ditto on Mike. BTW, When I read your post about what Ron was saying 13:00 minutes into today’s sermon I had to hear it with my own ears. Man, did Ron sound pissed. Those naughty PKG members. And ordained members too. How could they be so cruel. They all best grab their life jackets because the SS Ronald Weinland is taking on water fast.

    Lmao! Let the disfellowshipping begin!!

What would it matter to anyone whether Ron-god’s followers are holding back money in case the May 27th event doesn’t happen? That just goes to show that Ron-god is in it for the money. He predicts that money will be useless anyway so what does he care? I wish ALL of Ron’s people would stop giving him ANY money. Then they would see if God is behind him or not. After all, if Ron had God backing him, wouldn’t God provide for Ron to do his work? Why does Ron rely so much on physical money anyway? Why does he have to have it so much? Why, to pay his taxes, lawyers fees, court costs, fines, etc.

One of the things that sticks in my craw about any religion is that they all beg for money…whether it be in the form of tithes from their members or donations from the general public. They say, “We cannot continue without your support!” Bullcrap! If they are God’s people and God said he would provide for them, then why don’t they rely on God instead of money?

Ron is the biggest hypocrite I have ever seen. What a con!

He still reminds me of Lex Luthor.

German military expenditures are down -4 % (avg) from 2010 to 2011. German militray strengths are down -1.5% (avg) from 2010 to 2011. German military hardward is down -0% (avg) from 2010 to 2011.
German military expenditures are proposed by the German government to be down -8% (avg) from 2011 to 2012. German military strengths are proposed by ther German government to be down -2% (avg) from 2011 to 2012. German military hardward is proposed to be down -25% (armored fighting vehicles not including air craft or naval) from 2011 to 2012.

Germany, like most European nations, is battling a very hard recession and has to make cuts. Beyond the forces it has in Afghanistan, is on a 100% stand down defensive stance (stand down meaning it is not having it’s forces in the field within Germany expecting to repel invaders). Germany, in 2012, will more than likely (already proposed by the German government) reduce its standing armed forces marginally with the exception of armored vehicles which in 2010 it did not reduce at all while it was reducing spending and military strengths, so now this year it is proposing reducing by 25% (+/-) said armored vehicles as it just cant keep up with the costs.

2012 is a reduction year for German Military expenses, size of armed forces and military hardware (not including aircraft & naval which it seems to have chosen to keep at normal minimal levels). This is not a nation on the expansion. It’s does not have any mobilizations going on at all. It has plans to mothball / scarp a major portion of its armored forces hardware to save costs. It’s airforce and navy are small, but with very good hardware. They are in no position to expand at all. They are not organizing for even minor use of exterior forces (outside of Germany proper) and reducing the interior forces.

The US station had stationed in Germany about 53,500 troops in 2011. The German armed forces was 148,000 in 2011 (all services). We do not occupy Germany, but we do have a significant military presence inside Germany’s boarders. Germany currently has 0 troops within the US boarders. This number has stayed constant since the US revolutionary war when the British Military used Germany mercanaries on US soil.

The German government is not promoting any military expansion. They are not inciting the people to rise up to military use. They are not conscripting. They are reducing there military $, people and hardware. There current forces are small at 148,000 (US military = 1,477,000 in 2011 with a reserve of 1,454,000 with literally the cutting edge hardware on the planet). They have no real navy (how are they to get troop over the Atlantic?). There air forces are high quality but low numbers.

The Pope has done ZERO to become a beast and incite war and hatred.

How can Germany rise to occupy the USA and fight (with EU aid of course) a mega-battle in the middle east within 4-1/2 months? Does the common PKG’r just assume that since Ron says it’s gonna happen then it will in contravention of all known facts? Yep, it’s a game of faith instead of facts. It’s already impossible for Ron’s Armegeddon to happen as he states it will, today it is impossible.

    Go figure?

  • I live in Tacoma.

Vancouver Washington is just too darn close!

Whisper: You are forgetting that Ronald Weinland is the End Time Witness. He can use his magic space powers to do it.

He will be truly awesome when you see the powerful things that will go on and certain things will be revealed in awesome, powerful ways they truly will, and only God can show you them…

  • martin says:

Ronald’s angry rant starting at the 13 minute mark is priceless.

Isn’t 13 the number of rebellion?

If Ronald really believed the swill he puts out, and lambasts the members for holding back some of their funds, why did he pay taxes this year?
Why hasn’t he sold his expensive house this past year or this year? Since he will not need it?

His members should ask him, why hasn’t he sold his house yet? Is it on the market? He should sell it under market value, just to get rid of it.
Surely he can endure the tribulation of living in an apartment for these remaining month(?) Or even in an hotel, since he spends most of his time in one anyway.

He should sell it at half price, and sink all that into his legal fund….oops….I mean for the final campaign.

Wow!! What an interesting blog page to wake up to. Mike did you hear the first 13 minutes of his rage? Now that is 13 minutes I would be interesting hearing. At least I think I could get through it.

OK. Let me understand here. (still working on 1st cup of coffee) Ron somehow found out that his Elders were holding back money from him, Right? Did someone snitch on those Elders or did God pin point to Ron what the Elders was doing? I am sure the Elders are holding back money, they are remembering the first time Christ was suppose to come and now with this indictment they are having second thoughts. $$$ wise alot of the members gave up their money to him because Ron wanted to put it in an account for the church at the end-time, but it wouldn’t do the followers any good to have it..Rons Words, not mine… I should have thought back when, “Why would it do Ron good but not us?”

So, help me out here folks if you will. Ron is saying AGAIN to NOT hold on to their money, give it to him for the church or God (whatever), because the money won’t do them any good after May 27th? So he is mad at the people who are holding out on him? Why does Gods return have any thing to do with money? Once again I say, if it didn’t do us any good last time to hold on to our money, why again would he use the excuse it won’t do us any good this time either?. Would it be for his taxes and lawyers he has to pay??

This is what I think he will use when May 27th doesn’t happen. Mark this comment date down, I have it figured out. haha When is doesn’t happen on May 27th, Ron will blame the people who held money back from him, and say they got GOD angry by not trusting in the May 27th coming, so God is so so so angry he changed his mind. It didn’t happen because of you snakes who held out $$ from God and didn’t trust God..
Well at least that is my theory. He can’t use the timeline again as an excuse, can he???

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

Just read the first line on the page again Mike. So Ron is already saying the ones who are holding back, they are delaying the return?

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

It doesn;t make any difference what he says now. He WILL change it after May 27th anyways. This is the same guy that said that to NOT call himself a False Prophet after his prophecies didn’t come true would be “insane”!

Amazing and powerful how some random PKG elder who saves a few dollars can stop the ALMIGHTY GOD OF THE UNIVERSE WHO’S TIMING IS PRECISE…..

    LOL!!

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

No, that’s not what I’m saying. I restructured the sentence a bit to make it more clear.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

You changed it in an awesomely powerful way, Mike (DDTFA). Amazing, it truly is…

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

OK Mike. Then I still have tabs on the comment I have to ron’s excuses. haha Working on 2nd cup of coffee. Waking up slowly..

Rememer that so well Avalo on a radio talk show too. I believe he said that alot didn’t he?
What a joke. I agree. By holding out money will change the whole thing? It is really laughable and so stupid if people still follow him after this one.. I wonder if Ron can use the prison chaple (if they have one) for the few followers (hopefully just a few) left so he can go there and hear Ron. I wonder if they will give him hook up time on the Sabbath. Do ya thunk???

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

I mean so “they can go to prison chapel”and hear Ron.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

I think the prisoners will be hearing Ron every time he and his new prison “husband” conjugate their relationship…

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

🙂 Avalo.. hahaha . I can just picture that now.. See there is justice. 🙂

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

Thank you so much Mike for doing that. Goctcha!! Hey I am a Blonde and Polish. Sometimes need things explained in different way. As Lady GaGa would say, “I WAS BORN THIS WAY”!!hahaha u r great~

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Uh-oh…a Polish blonde, the cause of AND the solution to all of life’s most interesting problems!

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

    🙂

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

    Then add Pisces..

  • Jocko says:

I guess Ron never heard the story of the boy who cried wolf. I believe Ron is more angry at the fact that some members are now doubting him rather then their holding back on funds which could be given to the church.

  • Atrocious says:

Ole Ronnie Boy gives us so much to talk about, doesn’t he? With so few weeks now before May 27th, he’s gonna have to squeeze a lot into those “sermons” of his. Desperation can do a man in.

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

Jocko. it is probably both. If he loses members he is losing money.. So I agree.. They both go hand in hand..

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

    Poor wRONgald Weinland.

God doesn’t give him correct prophecies, the IRS won’t let him cheat on his taxes, the elders aren’t giving him all their money, Mike (DDTFA) isn’t letting him off the hook for his lies and failed theology, Jesus isn’t going to return, the Asian Hordes have refused to amass, Germany is NOT staging their destruction of the US, MILLIONS of people aren’t coming to be baptized, the Anti-Christ isn’t showing up, 1/3rd of the plant life on earth refuses to be burnt up, Pres. Obama took office in 2009, his death curses “refuse” to occur, etc.

AND YET he sullenly clings to his timelines and his theology after all of these past and future massive prophetic FAILURES…LOL!!

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

    MESSAGE TO THE CoG-PKG:

The USS Weinland is going to hit an iceberg on May27th. Save your money and don’t quit your jobs, because this is one boat that is DEFINITELY going to end up at the bottom of the Atlantic…

  • YYZ says:

Like a spoiled little kid,…now he’s lashing out at the people for his wrongdoings and the IRS is gonna take it all away! All those tithed years of peoples hard earned money! Now he has to create some more truths to continue so he can build his retirement back up.

  • Jocko says:

I don’t know if it’s just me but ever since news of the indictment became public knowledge it seems Ron has been putting a lot of emphasis on announcing the amount of people attending weekly Sabbath services.

During last Saturday’s pre-sermon announcements Ron mentioned meeting two new people for the very first time but didn’t comment on the size of the group attending services so I thought to myself “there goes that theory”.

However, during yesterday’s pre-sermon announcements Ron commented on the large crowd attending last week’s services where there were so many people in fact that children had to sit on the floor because there weren’t enough chairs to seat everyone.

Is it just me Mike or is it routine for Ron to announce large crowds attending weekly Sabbath services.

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

I think that sometimes some extra people travel long distances to fill up the small hotel conference rooms that Ron rents. I think that 4 dozen people would be a huge gathering for Ron, and that would be people from a number of surrounding states. Recall that when he spoke in Hawaii it was in his own hotel room and the maid was trying to get in to clean it.

  • jack635 says:

Note that they were required to clear the hall at 1:30,

That document could be concrete proof that Ron is lying about “the timing” of Tkach’s speech. I thought I heard it was about 4pm in the afternoon. How do we get a copy of Tkatch’s death certificate? This would be another contradiction in Ron’s demonstrated lack of knowledge. But I don’t have time to go through all his sermons to hear what time Ron said “the apostasy” occurred vs the actual time of JT’s death.

But this is all so bizarre, that Tkach is the man of sin of the bible, and the end of the world is based on the day Tkach gave a speech. Cult is the only word that comes to mind when thinking of the followers of this false doctrine, and Con Artist is the only word that comes to mind when I think of the preachers of this crap called Armstrongism. The New Testament clearly proves Ron is telling lies. But the lie is sooooo big, the listeners cannot do anything other than believe it. I think Hitler said something like that. And look what he did.

  • jack635 says:

Recall that when he spoke in Hawaii it was in his own hotel room and the maid was trying to get in to clean it.

lol hordes breaking down the doors to get in to hear Ron.

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

    Jack asked an interesting question:

How do we get a copy of Tkatch’s death certificate? This would be another contradiction in Ron’s demonstrated lack of knowledge. But I don’t have time to go through all his sermons to hear what time Ron said “the apostasy” occurred vs the actual time of JT’s death.

So I looked into that. Interesting answer. Check out the next posting.

  • chacha says:

Yeah…just like ron said…dumbfounding, awe-inspiring, astounding…that I ever listened to that man “week by week….sabbath by sabbath…” gag

I’m not surprised by this newest “revelation”. Some of the “ministry” LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVES to run to ron to tattle on those in the herd that are not in line. They get an extra pat on the head.

This is WHY it is SOOOOOOOOO hard to talk about your doubts, feelings etc, because there is a “spy” ready to “tell” on you. So you hold it in. And it festers…and you beat yourself up…tell yourself how horrible you are.

You feel unworthy of LIFE! You don’t DESERVE life….Ron will tell you THAT! “God doesn’t owe you a thing!”

Once again…to any who are wondering what it is all about: IT IS A DANGEROUS MIND-CONTROLLING CULT!!! You have NO idea. Please. Get away from this group. Save your SANITY!

  • edel says:

did you ever hear of a church called {redacted}? i think you will find interest there

I have my hands full with this False Prophet, I’m not particularly interested in mixing in others. While I haven’t researched {redacted}, I’m moderating this as off-topic. Mike (DDTFA)

  • Helen Terlecki Wright says:

Never heard of it and don’t want to. You are right Mike. This False Prophet is a handful. I know with all the changes Ron makes it takes alot of time to keep up with the character.
