Moving the Goal Post

Listening to False Prophet Ronald Weinland’s LGD sermon as I type this.  So what I’m typing will probably be revised as the sermon continues and I get a chance to review.  Read all the way through before reaching a conclusion.

Ronnie had an epiphany the night of Atonement while in Australia.  Sounds like he’s getting PKG ready for Christ to not return on Pentecost.  Instead, that will be the real beginning of Ron’s wearing sackcloth and starting to prophesy.  Look for Christ’s return in the fall of 2015.

Still put as a “what if?” right now — what would you do? Where would you go?  No other place has Ron’s “truths” that he invented from his own twisting of the Bible to fit what happened in Armstrongism.  And don’t forget the ordination of women.  God expects you to remain faithful.

But Ron insists he believes all 57 “truths”.  Now he’s making it sound like the epiphany was actually an attack from Satan, just as Jesus was tempted while fasting.  And that he believes more strongly that Christ returns next Pentecost.

But if he’s really wrong about Christ’s return, he would still believe the rest of it.  And feel for all his followers who suffer, and mourn the ones who will leave him.  There will be some who won’t be with him during the next feast.  But wait, he thinks he’s going to be a spirit being.  Guess they won’t be with him.

Ron is planning to have another elders conference with evangelists and senior elders in December.  Also is planning to put himself out for radio interviews in December.  PKG is marching forward.

Will listen to the sermon again tomorrow and add more thoughts.

  • Red says:

WTF?!!! Is he re-newing his final witness card for 3 more years? Who would’ve thunk it?

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

Actually no. Not yet anyway. I think he’s getting them prepared for when he really really announces that Christ isn’t returning next May.

  • Don D says:

Ah! But don’t forget that all of Ron’s prognosticATIONS, consternATIONS, imprecATIONS, and insinuATIONS, are just a variATION. A VARI-ATION? Yes, a “Very Asian” attack on the United State of Europe, leading to the return of Jesus Christ in May next year.

Oh, oh, but I almost forgot – none of this is relevant, because we have a rock solid guarantee from Harold Camping that THE RAPTURE is almost upon us. From where I am in Australia the 21st October RAPTURE is less than 24 hours away. Doln’t say you weren’t warned….

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Oh man! What a sermon. Ron stated that he would keep on going even if the ENTIRE church left> That tells you a lot!!

  • chacha says:

hmmmm makes me want to listen now…but hubby won’t like that.

I’ll wait to hear it with the rest here. Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Thanks for the head-up. “I can’t believe it! But really I can…don’t misunderstand…” as RW himself would say.

*barf* so many are going to keep swallowing this….koolaid.

    Test indeed. And “sobering”

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Oh Chacha: you are in for a doozy. It is the sermon of an angry, desperate man who is trying to threaten his congregation into following him. He literally says “where are you going to go? I am the only one teaching the truth.” much like an abusive alcoholic husband tells his wife he is the only person that could ever love her, and no one else can possibly give her what she deserves and needs, that the beatings are to humble her spirit.

DO NOT believe Ron. He is looking to destroy your freewill and soul by making you feel like sh*t. He is a wolf and a scumbag.

  • chacha says:

I may have to bring a change of clothes…I may pee myself laughing (just a little…)

I read GFW in the last 2 month and it was impossible to square with reality.

It will be a long day.

I feel bad for those who have their lives so SOOOOO entangled in this….junk.

    what a puke.
Yeah….I’m “mad as hell and I’m not gonna take it any more!”

    “Incredible! TRULY!” LMAO!

  • Debbie says:

After reading Avo & Mike’s comments I tried to listen to a bit – that “smacking” RW does at the end of every few words is so annoying.

Ron’s tactics are the same as those since March 2008 – Started with “Did I say anything was going to happen?” then snicker, snicker – and ” If by Pentecost….” – and the “blah, blah, blah – it in for the paycheck” speech.

Ron is following the examples of his idol HWA who got away with the same tactics for decades – Ron knows how the minds of his followers work – how they crave acceptance – and he knows how to hook them, dangle the carrots and withhold the payoff.

RW might be thinking he might get some air time with Mike McConnell or Daniel Ott – I think not, unless it is to expose him as the sociopathic con man he is.

    Very sick.

  • martin says:

How many time does a follower of RW have to stumble into a deep ditch, get bruised, muddied, and get out and follow RW into yet another ditch, and another ditch, and another ditch.

    We’ll see.

Where will “you” go? Ron asks?

If his MASSIVE debacle and list of failed prophecies to this point, will not inspire you to do the sane thing and leave, then nothing will.

  • martin says:

The test is whether you will obey GOD or Ronald Weinland.

God commands that a person leave a false prophet.

He does not say, well if he is nice you can stay, if he is non-presumptious you can stay, if he says he is a true prophet but has failed 10x over you can stay.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Martin: As much as I am an atheist, I am in FULL agreement with you. If one follows the Bible, then they MUST leave Ron. It is Biblical and NOT impossible to understand without God’s help.

And I don;t know if anyone has noticed but there is nothing about the Two Witnesses holding Feasts and taking tithes. They are supposed to be out in the world on CNN and such, not hiding in a Holiday Inn somewhere yelling at God’s special people. It says NOTHING in the Bible about the Witnesses giving sermons and ordaining people. That is NOT their job.
Why do I the atheist have more respect for Christ’s teaching than Ronald Weinland the Supposed Moses?

At least I know EXACTLY who I am blaspheming against…

  • martin says:

    chacha says: (from previous thread)
    October 20, 2011 at 08:07
“Yeah. I got my “I am the Anti-Christ” t-shirt in the mail before I left. I didn’t bring it with me though.”

Ronald himself is an anti-christ. Not THE anti-christ, but an anti christ nevertheless. He has denied Christ’s pre-existent deity.
Anti christ’s do not come with horns and a pitchfork, they come as angels of light, bringing “truth”.

    Avalokiteshvara says:
“And I don;t know if anyone has noticed but there is nothing about the Two Witnesses holding Feasts and taking tithes. They are supposed to be out in the world on CNN and such, not hiding in a Holiday Inn somewhere yelling at God’s special people. It says NOTHING in the Bible about the Witnesses giving sermons and ordaining people.”

There is a “checklist” in Revelation, entailing their duties and what they will do, it is a shame that it appears most have not read it or if they have, considered whether RW has fulfilled a single point in that checklist. (the answer is none)

It is also a shame that the bible explicitly states that the Two Witnesses will be men, and nobody in RW’s chuch believed it.
(despite any ludicrous abuse of Strong’s concordance and word juggling)

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Ronald Weinland certainly does a lot of “lawyering” when it coms to scripture. Anything that doesn’t fit with him is “spiritual” and only God can reveal it to the person, luckily Ron is right there to TELL THEM EXACTLY how “God” wants them to understand it.

    Burning grass = money
    Death curses = spiritual death
Being a Witness = NOT being a Witness
proclaiming God to the world = Laura being silent
Christ returning EXACTLY on May 27th = Christ may not return
Reading the Bible = not understanding God
Jesus is returning = God isn’t letting Jesus return until Ron is humble

Wait…who was the author of confusion again?

  • martin says:

What his followers need to do is put on a pair of special hearing aids.

When Ronald Weinland says that his earlier prophecies did not come to pass (and that the Second Coming “might” not come to pass in May), if you are wearing these special hearing aids you will hear something important.

You will hear Ronald say : “I Ronald Weinland AM A FALSE PROPHET”

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

What I hear is: “Waaahhh! Me want Pokemon! Wahhhhhh!!” (throws himself on the floor in the toy aisle and refuses to get up until his mother tells him he won’t get any pudding tonight after dinner if he doesn’t grow up).

Almost guaranteed Ronald Weinland has an adult nursing relationship going on with Laura, and will spend the next couple of days whimpering and sucking anxiously on her teat…

  • Doubt It says:

“If for whatever reason, I really don’t care, I do care because of you, but that great big game ‘what if’. Just to let you know what your convictions are, you should remain faithful to God. I remain faithful to God no matter what comes to pass. If that did happen, if God did give for whatever reason, I continue on. You have to decide what you do. I hope you did during the first part of this sermon. That you would continue to go forward. Because if you didn’t you are in for some tough trials between now and the time this is over. You are in for some very tough trials. Don’t mess around with this being. Don’t let him after you.”

    – Ronald Weinland; 2011-10-20 A Time to be Sobered (1hr 31min 7sec)

So be convicted… but not so convicted that you are unable to look past your convictions?

  • martin says:

“That you would continue to go forward” forward out the door would be the correct destination to go.

Ronald’s warped reasoning has the equation : if you leave = you are unfaithful
God’s equation is: if you leave = you are being faithful to my command against proven false prophets

  • Kirrily Xpkg says:

Let me get this straight, Ron actually admitted he might not be a witness? Admitted that Christ might not return in May? Then tells the members to stay because where else would they go?

    Have I got that right?

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Yup. You got that right. I posted a bunch of his statements and the time at which he said it in the sermon in “Aha Moments”.

  • martin says:

Ronald Weinland’s logic “I screwed up so bad, failed so many times, did not exercise one iota of my witness powers, ran like a coward from a comedian that mocked me, did not stop the rain (serious we could use that in the Tri State area), did not turn waters to blood, doubt seriously that Christ will return in May 2012….
But you should stay, so I can drag, at least a few of you, straight down into the pit”

If you’re asking, where’s the logic, then you are awake.

  • Kirrily Xpkg says:

Woa, just read the Aha Moments thread and your comments Avo. I feel a bit speechless.

I still reckon he may soon state, maybe after May 2012 failure, that the Trib will be 7 years. I’ve felt that for a long time.

I can’t wait to hear from ChaCha to hear about how the members are taking it.

My bet? 99% will stick with him.

To Wayne Matthews, you know how much I loved you and Chris, Nathan and Sharna. But Wayne, will YOU have the guts to admit you were wrong about Ron? You’ve given up sooooo much. It really is up to people like you to put an end to Rons delusions, but you won’t.

Instead, the ‘babes’ look up to you – “well, Wayne has been around for ages, HE is sticking around, and he has been close to God for a LOT longer than I have! HE would know if Ron is false! If Wayne stays, Ron must be right and my doubts must be an attack from Satan! If Wayne stays, I will stay”.

Shame on you Wayne. It’s not just Rotten Ronnie leading people astray with his mental disorder. In a way, you are MUCH worse. You are sane, and you stay because of Pride.

I once loved you. Now you disgust me. Much more than Ron does.

Grow some balls and leave. You would be doing all the ‘babes’ a favor.

You went through all this before with Herbie. Your Pride doesn’t want to admit you fell for this crap AGAIN.

Well you did. Accept it. Live with it.

Where else would we go, you once told us.

Would God prefer you stay with a false teacher, or spend the rest of your life searching? Ask yourself that.

You’ve done as much harm as Ronnie has, in some ways more.

It’s people like you that keeps Rons delusions alive.

    Wake up to yourself.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

This whole “I’m not wrong really maybe almost” bit Ron did is a real shocker isn;t it? I almost couldn’t believe what I was hearing! Ron has been preaching on and on about his surety and ABSOLUTE conviction, and then…”I will go on even if everyone leaves”. IOf everyone leaves there is NO church of God! What a guy. I guess he thinks he alone could be “the Church of God” if everyone left.

    What. an. arrogant. psycho.

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

Ron would respond that he didn’t really say this, that it was just a “what-if?”, and point out that he stated after that riff that he more firmly believed in Christ’s return next May.

But Ron, if you really believe that, why waste your LGD sermon on the topic?

  • Mal says:

“Let me get this straight, Ron actually admitted he might not be a witness? Admitted that Christ might not return in May 2012?”

Avalokiteshvara says ‘yes’ but, actually Kirrily, no he didn’t.

I listened to the sermon after reading Avalokiteshvara’s comments. Mike (DDTFA) has a more balanced view on what RW actually said.

The sermon was to warn PKG members that in the coming weeks and months they will come under satanic attack, the aim being to put what they believe to the test (in Ron’s words to stir up doubt, turmoil, uncertainty and weakness). “This is a time of great spiritual war”.

RW stated that he himself had come under just such a satanic attack during the night of the Atonement Festival. The attack came in the form of two thoughts 1) Christ will not return in May 2012 and 2) RW’s job as witness had not yet properly begun, and Christ’s return was more likely to be 2015.

RW said he recognized this as a satanic attack and dismissed both thoughts as ‘a bunch of bull’. He reaffirmed he is totally committed to all 57 ‘truths’, and since the attack his “conviction that Christ is returning May 2012 is stronger than ever before”.

Again, towards the end of the sermon he stated he “doesn’t believe in the slightest fashion whatsoever that May 27th is not the date for Christ’s return” and “I believe in all 57 truths with all my being” and “This is not a time to ‘let down’, PKG is now down to the wire”.

Johnny Harrell in his sermon re-affirmed May 2012 several times.

  • Red says:

If I was a member of his church, I’d start asking Ron for a refund or maybe demand a refund!

I emailed my sibling who follows him today and asked him if he sees that he’s a false prophet now. I’m curious on what he feels after that last sermon. (I personally didn’t listen to the sermon so I hope that these post sermon statements are pretty accurate.) I have a feeling he’ll make some kind of statement like “where did you get that impression, did you listen to the sermon?” or something that justifies his staying with the church.

  • Red says:

Of course they will come under attack in the next “weeks or months” and probably from people who love them, not satan, from ones that can see his falseness and that NOTHING is even close to “end-time” prophesy and that those trumpets are so very quiet and his supernatural super hero final witness powers are a dud and to quit sending this fool your money and your dragging your little one(s) into this madness. Do his memebers see the harm these teaching can cause to the little ones?!!!! That’s where some law should come in, when it effects children, otherwise follow the easter bunny for all I care but you got the consider the collateral damage and lasting effects it will have on the little ones.

  • Red says:

…oh yeah, my bad, I forgot the end will be here so don’t worry about the kids or the credit card debts.

  • martin says:

Ronald’s Weindland’s forked tongue is truly, truly amazing…incredible.

I don’t Christ is coming back May 2012…….I believe with all my being he’s coming back

    I may not be a prophet….I’m a prophet

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

So Mal, are you still on the fence concerning Ron? Any closer to making a commitment one way or the other?

  • Kirrily Xpkg says:

My prediction – Ron will say sometime between now and May 2012:-

“I repent to you all now, my pride. I was prideful when God tried to deliver to me a new truth. This new truth was too hard to swallow (due to my human pride), that I didn’t at first recognize it as a truth from God – rather, an attack of Satan.

God has humbled me, and things have not happened as we thought, had knowledge of at the time. Human pride is truly dumbfounding, yet another lesson the Church must learn to rid itself of, even me.

It is this pride that sometimes prevents us from hearing and then accepting what God is trying to reveal to us.

Will YOU be humble enough to accept a truth that seemingly goes against everything we have believed/envisioned for these end of days?

I stand here before you as a man humbled, and what I have to tell you today will test you to your very core.

How committed to the TRUTH are you? Do you really, truly believe where we are in time? Amazing.

Amazing that we can be so close, and mumerings and doubts can attack our minds IF we are not close enough to God. How close to God are you? You will soon be tested in this, truly.

I stand before you today, humbled in admitting what I thought an attack, was in fact a new truth.

This new truth involves the timing of Christs return, and my job.

    *insert numerical ravings here*

Christ will return in 2015, and we have been humbled by Gods mercy in a 2 stage 7 year tribulation – the stages being 3.5 years each in duration.

The first stage was spiritual. The second stage is physical fulfillment of the first stage.

You will need every ounce of humility to accept this, as I have had to.

Who are we to tell God how to run the tribulation?

The number 7 is completion, and just as it took 7 days to create the world (a day as a thousand years), it will take the precise number of 7 for the world to end.*

    How’s that for a prophecy?

LMAO – on ya Ronnie – you can do it! Go another 3.5 years! I dare you!

You are a gutless wonder – Christ will not return in May 2012, the above seems to be what you will set your members up for. But, what will you do after 2015? Probably make another date – like your hero Herbie.

  • chacha says:

Hey…you all remember the TV show “Dallas” and the “who shot JR” cliff-hanger?… Yeah…it was like that. Oh…just kidding…it was just a dream!

Travelling so I’ll fill ya in later. Many “shocked” faces…but…they talked themselves back down from the ledge for the most part.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Mal: If Ron is so absoluteky sure, then there is ZERO need for a what-if sermon. None. Zilch. Nada. Nashi.

    1. I am currently eating toast while typing. Zero doubt.

    2. There is no doubt that my wife is sitting right beside me, also eating toast.

    3. Thus there is no need to question whether she and I are eating toast.

    4. It would be crazy to consider that I am not eating toast.

    5. Ronald Weinland said for sure Christ is coming back on May 27th, 2012.

    6. There is no doubt that Christ is coming back.

    7. Ronald raised a “hypothetical” doubt then asked people what they would do IF it turned out to be TRUE.

    8. There is no logical reason why the congregation should consider an actual answer to a hypothetical question within the context of that sermon.

BUT Ronald Weinland raised the topic in a LGD sermon. He was preaching an ENTIRE sermon on that hypothetical. Thus, it is not some random query, spoken in a passing conversation. Or something to consider while passing the time on a long car ride. Or a random doubt in the middle of the night like he said.

He based an ENTIRE sermon on this. There is no way that is some kind of spiritual lesson “that won’t come to pass” if he has to talk about it for TWO HOURS on the Last Sermon ever given at a Feast of Tabernacles in the History of Mankind (according to Ron).

Two hours of “will you follow me?” is NOT the same as “Don’t worry, it WILL happen”…

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

Chacha, Ron’s sermon reminded me of “Dallas” also. Amazing!!! Incredible!!!

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

But in this case the Turkish government isn’t going to suspend parliament for day so they can all rush home to watch “Who Doubts R.W?” on TV!

  • JB says:

Kirrily, great job giving Ronnies sermon in a few months. You said exactly what I have been thinking. Will look forward to hearing more from Chacha on more of the reactions. My husband still believes everything this con artist says—sickening!

  • Debbie says:

RW will definitely spin this to his advantage – to my knowledge he has never admitted being wrong nor prideful – only a hint of being presumptuous – some of this sermon was addressed at the followers need to deal with the sins in their own lives.

RW portrays his god as some kind of a puppet master or prankster – RW assigns his own personality characteristics to his god i.e. a mischievious trickster who sets the followers up and then pulls the rug from under them and ‘allowing’ some other malevolent ‘being’ to ‘devour you as a roaring lion’.

I am not surprised by Cha cha’s observation ‘Many “shocked” faces…but…they talked themselves back down from the ledge for the most part’ – I saw that happen back in March 2008 when ‘nothing happened’ – RW’s programming was already in play – During ‘fellowship’ after that sermon I mentioned to a couple of folk that the book GFW 2008 detailed physical events, yet RW used the ‘spiritchool’ explaination – The ‘ what if ‘ was put to me then – later in the car driving home I mentioned it again – the response I got was ‘ we are going to be tested ‘ – the responses I got showed me the state of mind the followers were in – totally mystified amd mesmerized – now 3 1/2 years later I suspect they are even more so.

  • JB says:

I do give Ronnie a lot of credit, he is a master of mind control.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Well…today is October 21st, the day Harold Camping said would be the REAL complete end of the world for all mankind with the Earth being destroyed and such.

Religion. What a complete waste of time…

  • martin says:

    The test came.

    Most failed.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

    Hmmmm…let’s see…

    1. This is the 12th time Camping has predicted the end of the world.

    2. This is the 3rd time Ronald Weinland has predicted the end of the world.

    3. This is the 15th time I have stated the world isn’t going to end on Camping’s/Weinland’s dates.

    Prophets of Yahweh = 0
    Zen Atheist = 15

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

…and the sheeple went “Baaaaa, Baaaa, you’re wrong, Ronald Weinland is God’s End Time Witness….Baaaa baaaa!”

    Happy Apocalypse everyone!

  • J says:

This is disgusting. (Not you guys, Ron’s comments)

We all expected this, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, but wow. I’ll have even less sympathy for his members if they cave into this BS.

  • martin says:

Ronald Weinland is basically telling them, he is a false prophet and Christ is not coming in May 2012, his pattern (consciously or unconsciously) is to tell what he knows is true (ie Christ is not coming back May 2012) then covering his backside by saying “I believe absolutely he will”, he is prepping them for failure and at the same time covering his tracks. It is a rather brilliant psychological maneuver, but I don’t give him credit, he is a minister of an “angel of light” who taught him well.

  • jack635 says:

My prediction – Ron will say sometime between now and May 2012:-

Kirrily that was so spookily like Ron’s comments that if Mike had posted that and signed it Ronald Weinland, I would have believed it was truly Ron’s comment.

Mike your post certainly perked me up. I said out loud “WHAT????!!!!” when I read the first couple lines. But I remembered your caveat to read to the end before coming to conclusions. I wish I had more time to go to the PKG site and listen to his latest. Sounds to me like he is leaving some bits of sorcery in the subconcious minds of his followers, so they will be more accepting when he says Kirilly’s speech in May.

Harold Camping’s end of the ends of the world prophecies ended today. He won’t be able to prophecy to anyone anymore……..except for the truly mentally ill. They will still believe him, and make sure it really happens next time by sacrificing him to Gargantublah. It really should be open season on anyone who opens their mouths in front of a crowd of people and says “The world will end when Jesus returns to earth on —insert date here—” or “Jesus will return to earth on —insert date here—.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

…And let’s add to that list “God is real”, “God loves you”, “chosen people”,”God revealed to me”, “because the Bible says”, and “God’s plan”.

  • chuck says:

just stumbling around the internet, landed here. surprised to see people spending so much time talking about this guy who obviously doesn’t know what the hell he’s talking about. i think there are more doubters blogging here than he has followers. maybe if everyone ignored him he would just go away. then again, probably not. it’s obvious he’s a “false prophet”. do you really think you’re having some sort of “protective” effect on those who might follow him? anyway, who am I? go for it. if you save just one, i guess it’s worth it. doesn’t cost anything but time

  • Kirrily Xpkg says:

Hi Chuck, this blog has been HUGE help to me (left Ronnie in Jan 2009). I remember a few people have been ‘saved’ from joining Ronnie’s cult since I’ve been visiting this blog.

I’m so thankful for Mike and others who do take the time. It’s not a small price for them, but I personally do not know I would have recovered as quickly as I did without this blog.

Jack – guess I still have Ronnie’s voice in my head sometimes, unfortunately! Lol. If he ends up using my speech, I wonder if he would pass along 50% of the profits for during the second stage of the 7 year tribulation? Maybe I could blackmail him? After all, I’ve written this prophecy in the public domain before it was announced by Gods most formidable prophet of all time…..

  • Manxway says:

Hi Kirrily! I just sent you an email on Facebook a few hours ago telling you about Ron’s LGD sermon, but I see that you already know, LOL!! Love your imitation of Rotten Ronnie’s upcoming strategy! Chillingly realistic! It’s unbelievable that he’s flaunting his control over them, and yet they will still make excuses not to leave. I’m so glad that you and I and a few others of us were able to escape and to heal from the affects of that sociopath, thanks to Mike, Aggie and others who put effort into collecting information & offering their support. I just wish everyone would flee this madman!

  • chacha says:

I was glad for the “heads-up” before the sermon. It kept me from cracking up! A woman in front of me looked like she was about to lose it. Her husband not in the church but it waiting to see if May 27 happens. She was worried what he would say if he knew that it was “delayed”. After, she had to talk through it with others and reassure herself that RW was just “throwing that out there”…and it is all “just a test”.
Others referred to it as a “spiritual workout”. “Oh…hahaha! We were really sweating there!”

Very sad. Hubby is a mess. Not sure if up is down or down is up…

It really is crazy as you all pointed out. Why put people through that unless you are going to go there in the furture?

SO, if you think about it…RW lied. The first part of his sermon was a lie. Because he said god reveals things to him like this….gets everyone on the hook…then says, nah, my bad. It was the devil and if you don’t watch out, he’s coming for you too.

    a “Spiri-chool” sucker-punch.

  • Debbie says:

Yes RW did lie and he has been getting away with it for some time – His LGD sermon has left folks in turmoil while he works on his tan in sunny Hawaii thinking up more lies to tell – Why put people through that? I can think of two reasons – his mental illness/sociopathic mind -power trip and the paycheque.

It is totally sad and totally sick.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Well folks I have good news.

I went through this EXACT process decades ago, and I’ll let you all in on the “ending”. You all end up feeling a lot better, have true freedom to pursue true faith (or in my case atheism) with a clear conscience, can stand on your own two feet without needing to check in with a prophet, disciple, apostle, priest, minister, etc, every five minutes to see if brushing your teeth on Saturday pleases God, freedom from forced giving (tithing), and best of all, you and your loved one can finally try “that thing” in the bedroom without wondering whether God approves of it or not.

Like most sects the “sheeples” convince themeselves that all is “OK” regardless of RW’s speech of doubt. He trots out the faiures, the doubts, and the “where will you go?” speach and ends up the whole show with “I believe that Christ WILL return as I prophecied!!!!! Then the terrified sheep band togethor and “baaaaaaa” themeselves into feeling better about the whole thing convinecing themeselves its all a “spirit-ual test”. Ya that’s it, God is giving confusing information through Ron-Megaphone as a test to the faithful, ya ya, and since we figured it out so quickly we are just fine. We’ll just stay right where we are, not moving right or left, caught 100% in the spiderweb that WE created for ourselves. Oh sure, Ron spun the structure of the web, and they fill in all those strands to make it a set of “bars” against the reality of the world so it can not come and get them.
Go figure the mentality of the sheep who want safety at any cost, and COST is what they will be paying month after month, year after year for their self created safety that slowly eats them away leaving naught but husks of what people they could have been.
    Go figure?

hope no on misinterpreted my earlier comment. I rejoice that there are those among you who have escaped this self-proclaimed prophets claws, and am impressed with your determination to hold him accountable and warn others who might be tempted by him. It is a good work that you do. Was once in the (not his, exactly) darkness and set free by the grace of God to see the Truth. It’s like that gopher game at the carnival, you know, you hit one on the head but just as it disappears another one pops up. Seems like the leader of the dark minions has unlimited resources at his disposal. so i applaud what you do and encourage you to continue. My prayers are with you.

    “leader of the dark minions”…

Since Satan only killed ten people in the Bible, you must be referring to Yahweh who killed thousands with his “chosen” minions…

I guess he did Ava, and am also sure he meant to say ‘what I BELIEVE is the truth’ rather than stating what he knows as true as being a fact.

  • Kirrily Xpkg says:

I personally had Superman (through Bart Simpson), reveal to me what I believe is true, but ofcourse, I’m not arrogant enough to say what I know/believe to be true, actually IS true.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

I don;t get why everyone has to BELIEVE stuff all the time. Belief is so overrated. I would rather know some stuff, and just NOT know the rest. Believe, believe, believe, all day long. So much wasted life spent believing in stuff you can’t prove in this lifetime. I KNOW what I like, what I am capable of, my limits, my potential, my faults. I don’t have to believe anything at all.

    F**k belief…

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

I’ll take my chances with “TRUST” any day of the week…

  • Kirrily Xpkg says:

Trust v Believe – both kinda the same thing. You can even say you KNOW something, but it still doesn’t mean that if YOU know/trust/believe say, that ‘all good things come to those who wait’ that it is TRUE.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

    Truth…there is a dangerous word! 🙂

  • Kirrily Xpkg says:

Now there is a truth!! Lol. Agreed!
