Ron at the Red Sea Again

False Prophet Ronald Weinland was in Georgia this weekend.  With no a newly announced destination announced on his blog, he probably will spend next weekend in Cincinnati before heading off to the Netherlands remaining in Europe for a couple of three weeks and then continuing down under to Australia for the feast season.

Ron continued on his series of sermon series milking his “truths”, covering the following:

  • 34: Of all who have been scattered, God is awakening a remnant out of it as a witness of this end-time.
  • 35: We understand that Jesus Christ is “continually coming” in the flesh of those who are in the Church of God.
  • 36: No one goes to heaven, not even the 144,000.
  • 37: The remnant of God’s Church in Laodicea has been given the greatest proof ever of Jesus Christ perfectly fulfilling all the symbolism contained in the entire Passover day of Abib the 14th.

These “truths” are part of those Ron stacked  at the end of the 18 “truths” invented or plagiarized by Herbert Armstrong.  At this rate the remaining truths could take him all the way up to the feast.  Which relates to a recent “Red Sea” moment Ron had.  A Red Sea moment for Ron is when he’s in a situation and hasn’t figured a way out.  Ron hasn’t yet invented a new sign and lying wonder to mesmerize the deluded during this year’s feast.

Nor does Ron know when the second trumpet will blow.  First the first trumpet needs to sound.  My area had a drought for a few weeks during which I didn’t have to mow as I don’t water.  Since Ron hasn’t stopped up the heavens, the rain resumed and most of my lawn has come back with far less than a third still dormant.  So the first trumpet hasn’t manifested even on my drought-afflicted lawn.  Something needs to pop loose soon as we’re now less than 38 weeks before the return of Christ.

I’ve just discovered that even after Christ returns, we will continue to use the Roman/Gregorian calendar.  Even with Godly Government in place, we won’t switch back to the Hebrew calendar for  daily use.  Going to the PKG website shows the holy day schedule through 2014 as follows:

I opened up another post to allow debate on some off-topic issues. That was to allow comments on posts such as these to remain on topic. A boring topic at the moment because Ron is still not using his Witness Powers to stop up the heavens, call down plagues, or turn water to blood. Nor is he breathing fire on his enemies even non-literally as I and others continue mocking away over 2 1/2 years after he called for our speedy deaths from the inside.

I went through the sermons list on your blog last night and read the transcript of Ron’s interview with Mike McConnell. The tone (even in the transcript) was that of a man who wasn’t sure of himself, who had a lot of internal doubts, and was full of BS. The summary of THIS sermon (I still don’t know how you can listen to them *shudder*) is still full of BS. Claiming that Christ is going to return on May 27th, 2012, and yet still have the holy-day calendar up till 2014 is presumptuous at best. His propaganda, pushing his own “truths”, is so sickening – with no biblical basis behind any of it. I can see that his main goal and purpose is to keep his people brainwashed so he can continue receiving their money to continue his luxurious traveling to all these different countries. I’ve never known anyone to travel so much as he travels…and for what? To give a sermon? That’s it? No, it’s to do what he loves best – travel. That’s his thing. And he gets to do it free.

I’m on a fixed income. If I was a member of his cult, he would expect me to “tithe” my meager income (and believe me, it’s meager) so he can continue traveling. I can’t afford to go on a trip to see my son who lives several states away, let alone go on a cruise.

It’s a shameful thing what this man is doing – stealing from the poor, not caring of their financial position in life, to further his own pleasures.

He still reminds me of Lex Luthor!

  • Kirrily Xpkg says:

Yeah, this traveling he gets to do must make even those within PKG mad. They have shown total resolve, Ron and the wench get to travel.

How many here on this blog have been able to visit us here in Australia? How many times has Ronnie been?

Meanwhile his members are no doubt facing the realities of actually having to pay out their maxed credit cards, looking into retirement with no savings, and telling their kids their college tuition is all gone. The financial apocolpyse is what his members are facing – in an economic downturn. No wonder most of them want Ron to be right – the consequences of him not being right is too scary.

  • Kirrily Xpkg says:

I’d like one, just one example of how Ron has shown Total Resolve.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Kirrily said: “How many here on this blog have been able to visit us here in Australia?”

I have. And I loved every second of every trip. And I really fell in love with the Australians I met. I can’t tell you how I met Colin Hay (and Michael Hutchence) because it would give away my identity, but I am being 100% truthful by saying I have.

Colin was so incredibly nice. For those of you who don’t know Colin Hay was the leader singer of the Australian band “Men at Work”. When we met he was funny, charming, and absolutely hilarious. He could have easily been a stand up comedian if he had felt like it. He is a brilliant songwriter, a completely unique singer, and the kind of guy everyone should be lucky enough to have as a friend.

Ron would do well to put down his BIble and pick up a VB with Colin Hay. he would be a much happier, more mentally adjusted human being for the experience.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Even though this song isn’t about religion, if you called religion a “town”, then this song expresses my feelings about Ronald Weinland’s “town”.

Colin Hay: “Can’t Take this Town”.

  • Kirrily Xpkg says:

Two great bands! Aussie icons! INXS Kick was my first concert. Of course, when they sang the song Devil Inside, I sang Jesus Inside instead…… (was an SDA at the time) lol!

Australia is so good ive never left! Although Canada seems pretty cool, and I’ve always wanted to go to Wyoming for some reason – Yellowstone would be pretty good too – oh yeah, and Pompeii!

  • randy terlecki says:

mike, whats wrong with this asshole why doesn’t he tell everybody he is wrong nothing going to happen. go find a good base church and believe in them not me i’m a lair, he’s got my mom telling my siblings that i fail i’m wrong but they know better they know who’s wrong.i’ll be glad when may 27 2012 gets here and the asshole is standing there with his finger up his but.

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

Randy, am I understanding correctly? That you’re mother is telling the rest of the family that you, Randy, are wrong? What in the heck has Ron _ever_ been correct about? Very, very short list.

  • jack635 says:

“Nor is he breathing fire on his enemies even non-literally as I and others continue mocking away over 2 1/2 years after he called for our speedy deaths from the inside.”

I did not have time to listen to Ron this weekend. I missed the sermon. Perhaps that is why I have a sunburn now. Could this be Ron’s doing? (scorched)

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

I have tons of experience dealing with sociopathic Christians who accuse me of everything under the sun all the time. DON”T BE AFRAID. Here is your opportunity to demonstrate your love for your mother by being strong when she is weak. It does and will hurt, and it isn’t even remotely fair. But it is a loving act, and she will appreciate it if/when she is free of Ron. And if she never sees that, then you can hold your head up proudly with the knowledge that you acted bravely and honestly, and NOONE can take that away from you.

So with that being said here are some tips on dealing with sociopathic people (Ron) and the sociopathic ideas he has programmed into your mother.

    1. Do your best to limit or avoid them socially in instances where they cannot think for themselves (surrounded by brethren/supporters of Ron).

    2. Since it is your mother, seek help from books and professional counsellors to develop the appropriate strategies to deal with her lovingly and effectively. There are free crisi hotlines you can call to get 24/7 advice on personal difficulties. YOu can even call a crisis hotline or the suicide line to ask them for the right number to call about this problem. Don’t be embarrassed. The people on the hotlines WANT you to call them so they can help you find the right place to go or person to talk to. . And they are free!

    3. People like Ron thrive on being the center of attention, and seek drama. They WANT conflict. They say they want to reason with you, then frustrate and weaken your spirit any way they can win by you becoming frustrated and giving up. They are totally wrong but they will persist (like Mal and Mark) to frustrate you and not challenge them anymore….that way no one stands up to them anymore. The Nazis purposely starved their POWs. A man dying of hunger cannot rise out of his bed to fight. Thusly, a man who is too tired and downcast to rise up anymore WON’T. Like Mark and Mal, they will eventually give up on attacking you because they are cowards and narcissists of the highest order. Bullies ALWAYS lose when they face even slight resistance. Because they can kill your body, but they can;t kill your spirit, which is what they want.

I could go on, but I just wanted you to know that you don;t have to be scared of them or feel alone in this personal struggle. As a human being I am on your side, whether you are theistic or not. To quote Amiri Baraka:

Be a Spirit, Randy. Don’t be no ghost…

  • Kirrily Xpkg says:

Gotta disagree with you on one point Ava – Ron is a coward who hates conflict. He would be the type to flinch if anyone moved too fast towards him. I don’t think I’ve ever met a more cowardly man. He probably gets Laura to tie him up regularly – no doubt she would like to wear the pants.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Good. I am glad you pointed that out. I don;t know him, so I thought it would be better for Randy to gird himself with the heavy artillery just incase.

Is “May 27 2012” for real or is this just some sort of joke?

  • Kirrily Xpkg says:

Ron is such a wimp – its actually funny considering he is Gods most formidable prophet of ALL time! That’s why we couldnt ask questions. He didn’t want to face us. He told us if we didn’t get something, God hasn’t revealed himself to us. On the quiet, people who asked questions were thought of as not really called at all, and only came to PKG to save their skin from Tribulation.

Yeah, the person is for real – I’m 50/50 whether the person will post here again. The person wouldn’t name themselves because they would get disfellowshipped. I know who it is, will be interesting if they keep playing here with us demons and Antichrists! Lmao!

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Hello folks! Clearly you are silently watching this blog, since Kirrily has pointed out that the poster known as “May 27, 2012” is a member of your church. So this post is for you. My name is “Avalokiteshvara” and I am an atheist. I don;t believe that the Bible is true at all in any way. I have no proof that there is no God at all. But I do believe that every religion on Earth is fake. Thus God could exist, but there is nothing on this planet I have found as evidence for his existence. I don’t “believe” in science either. But science has given VERY good reasons to believe that evolution has occurred. Anthropology has provided really good evidence for not believing the Bible at all. The Bible itself is filled with genocide, hate, selling your children into slavery (Exodus 21:7), and such. Given the option between God and non-belief in God, I am very happy to choose science as my source of information about the world.

By believing that science is a better option than believing Ronald Weinland, I DO NOT believe that the members of WCG-PKG need to die because you don;t believe in science. I don;t think you need to be afraid of me, nor do I need to put curses on any of you for me to be right about what I believe. But your self proclaimed Witness DOES believe this.

That is why I will give you this simple message: God doesn’t exist, Ronald Weinland is a charlatan, and you all are an embarassment to the Human Race for giving up your mental freedom to a man whose only method of getting attention from an indifferent world is to manipulate and control other human beings. You are all disgusting and I joyously await May 27, 2012, yet another day when Jesus Christ WON’T return, and Ronald Weinland LIES to you again.

Your tithe money could have gone to helping Haiti. Your tithe money could have helped pay for medicine for homeless American war veterans. Your tithes could have been sent to the families of 9/11 first responders to help cover their bills.

You are ALL moral failures of the highest order, and I openly oppose you.

  • Kirrily Xpkg says:

Wait for more to come – they are either getting disillusioned like Chacha, or they are getting really pissed off.

“May 27 2012″‘s post was not directed at us, but to themselves – an attempt to rid the doubt that is entering their minds. Soon, there will be more – and you will see the hatred/fear/pride that rules their lives, but are blind to. Or should I say willingly ignorant to.

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Good point Kirrily! The cracks are beginning to form. I think they need to see us openly opposing (which they will call “mocking”) Ron so they can have an alternate view of Ron without feeling like they are alone, and thus should be afraid. They should know that they don’t have to be an atheist or Buddhist or anything post-Ronald Weinland. But no matter what they are they are not alone and will be able to find strength and comfort knowing they don’t need to fear or believe Ron at all.

Let’s show Ron that we are not afraid and he has NO power over people save what they freely give to him. When everyone leaves him he has N-O-T-H-I-N-G.

  • matt says:

Kirrily, I missed that post. Can you let me know what blog entry it was under?

I really, really hope that I am wrong, but I think people that are already so deeply invested in something that promises a central part in a divine plan will grasp at any straw not to have to change that belief. It is heady stuff to be one of God’s chosen elite! But maybe I am not giving them enough credit, and more than just a handful will wise up. I do hope so. We have seen some of the damage this little cult has inflicted on people’s wallets, their peace of mind and on their relationships. Whatever else is or isn’t real, that is real enough.

  • Kirrily Xpkg says:

Hey Matt, it was the 2008 Gods Final Witness Post.

You’ll see from the brief post by “May 27, 2012” just how entrenched one can be.

  • matt says:

“only God can open your mind”

The “open mind” gambit. Common to cults, new-age groups and quack cure peddlers the world over. It deals with objections by claiming that they are caused by something that is wrong with the person who has so far not been convinced, and not with the arguments in favor of the cult/new age belief/quack cure.

Quack medicine peddlers blame the lack of recognition for their cures on the power of big Pharma, and of a bias in medical academia. You can tell it is a flawed argument because it fails to address the actual problem – a lack of documented, peer-reviewed evidence that their quackery works. It is merely an aggressive tactic that attempts to make whoever they are talking to feel that they are somehow flawed if they do not agree.

Religious cults can either claim that the person objecting is not enlightened enough, or that they have not been touched by the deity, or somehow lacks the divine spark. Neither is something an aspiring believer would like to say about themselves – after all, aren’t we all so terribly spiritual these days? – so this is a handy way to distract people from the actual issue. In the case of Ron, the issue is a rather glaring discrepancy between his predictions and reality.

  • Debbie says:

When I read the title – ‘Ron at the Red Sea Again’ – my mind went back to Spring 2008 –

My turning point was March 22nd – March 18th had come & gone – it was the first timeline – It was supposed to be a day that the world would be ” In Shock & Horror” –

Nothing happened – Ron responded in that sermon in mocking & sarcastic speech – ‘Did I say anything was going to happen’ – or something to that effect – then he went on to say it was ‘spirichool’ –

(About 3 weeks prior to that the spokesman had laryngitis, thus, unable to do the sabbath sermon – how ironic – )

Now, 3 1/2 years later Ron is still spinning tales – I am thankful for Ron, in a way – my short-lived experience with PKG kicked me into reality and research about this god I had been seeking on & off for most of my life –

I am thankful that I found this blog – for me at that time was a ‘soft place to fall’

Congratulations Kirrily – wonderful news – all the best of health & happiness to you & hubby

  • randy terlecki says:

thanks agian ava. @mike she watches the news all the time to see if bad thaings r happen then she brings them up to me so it looks like the asshole was right then we argue i tell her he’s a nut, see say’s you will see and i just laugh so i tell her everything he (ron)has
said failed so see looks 4 me to fail and if i do she the frist to coment it hurts but she will see may 27 2012.
    thanks everyone.

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

Randy, the next time she does this ask her when and how the following individuals died:
    — Rod Meredith
    — Richard Ames
    — Gerald Flurry
    — David Pack
    — John Ritenbaugh
They must be dead, since Ron prophesied their deaths early on back in 2006. She ought to be able to explain their deaths in graphic detail.

By next May Ron will have dumped this timeline and moved on to the next sign and lying wonder. And your mother will still be following him.

  • J says:

Avalo, a few weeks ago, you told me to disown my mother because she’s in PKG. Now you’re suggesting to Randy different strategies about helping him and his mother. Have you changed your outlook?

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

J: No. I haven’t I still believe that people like Randy should cut such people off, but since Randy clearly doesn’t want to, then another strategy is necessary. Unlike many Christians, I don;t try and force people to do what I want.

  • Kirrily XPKG says:

Thanks Debbie! Wow, reading your post it feels like we have come to pretty much the same place. It was almost like I had written your post! I feel exactly the same way.

Randy, have you thought about how you will handle things if you mother doesn’t leave Ronnie in May 2012? By the sounds of her, she won’t be leaving in my opinion – I hope she does, but it seems to me though she won’t.

I too remember watching the news for bad events, to try and cement in myself that what Ronnie was saying was happening. Disgusting isn’t it.

I remember that after the failure of the first timeline, Wayne would even send us emails about news events (I stopped looking for events by then, because after failure of first timeline Ronnie accused us of looking for events instead of looking to God – um, yeah Ron – you effing TOLD US to look for events! Der, that was the purpose of your book you idiot) – I then wondered why Wayne was sending us these email on disasters and earthquake statistics – given we now were not meant to be looking for the signs!

I have followed the stock market for about 10 years now, so when the fall in 2008 occurred (btw, predicted by many financial experts and evident in the charts prior to it occuring), it was one of the things that kept me in for the second timeline.

Like Debbie says above, I remember very clearly what Ron told us after failure of timeline 1 – he was disgusting turning it around on us like that. A pig of a man.

  • Red says:

I still get daily newsletters from cogwriter just to watch and see if any “prophesies get fulfilled”,…but it’s a waste of time, even though cogwriter don’t agree with Ron on the timeline, he still writes about anything that might cause prophesy come to fruition, and it sure is getting old. I’m tired of waiting/watching for bad things to happen. My opinion, bad things have always happened in this world and with the world population, internet and modern communications, information/news is immediate nowadays which makes it seem to us in this present day that we are in a end-time senario. (Can’t you all tell it’s end-time,…heck Revelation and Daniel makes it all too clear,..ha!)

I’ve never been a full active member of any church or religion,…I just try to keep my ear to the ground and this blog is part of that.

  • Steve says:

    Kirrily said;

“Ron is a coward who hates conflict. He would be the type to flinch if anyone moved too fast towards him. I don’t think I’ve ever met a more cowardly man”
“Ron is such a wimp – its actually funny considering he is Gods most formidable prophet of ALL time!”

Perfect description of the fool kirrily. No wonder Laura is flirting with all the young men….she perhaps wants a REAL man lol.

  • Chacha says:

I remember that Kirrily…Ron saying don’t look at the news to FORCE the prophecies into it…then gives sermons on watching the news. He had 3 or 4 this year I think…going over news stories. *yawwn* what? did I miss the sermon? I thought I was listening to CNN.

We have to stay alert…’specially when all them “nukular” explosions happen (spiritual ‘splosions…of spiritual ports and spiritual…) *poop*…oops. excuse me. I mocked. *hic*

(going to check for signs of rotting)

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

Better get an MRI, since the rotting is supposed to be from the inside out.

Funny though: I had an MRI a couple of months ago of my knee. They didn’t find any rotting, just a couple of meniscal tears which have since been repaired.

The surgeon did remove a 3.5 cm (1.5 inch) piece of cartilage. So something did come out of my inside. Could that be the curse that Ron put on me? 😀

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Something came out of the cat last night that was pretty smelly. I think that DEFINITELY is related to Ronald Weinland.

  • Chacha says:

Who put that cartilage in there…..hmmmmmmm?

Ron made your cat poop? wow. THAT’s power.

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

The cartilage was supposed to be there, but this piece tore loose and the surgeon removed it because it was just getting in the way. So I’ve lost something that was inside me, as per Ron’s curse. At this rate, there won’t be anything left inside me in a couple of thousand years 😀

  • chacha says:

we’ll all be in one big compost pile. Save the planet!!

  • Whisper01 says:

Uhm-hum. Ah, look at the picture in the right hand colomn, does this look like the kind of guy who is intemidating in person? Oh sure, send your messages out via the internet where you can say what you want from the safety of a non-disclosed hotel room – but in person? This is not a formidable human being, not the kind of guy who turns heads. Then you hear listen to a few of his words and “ta-da” the mental picture is complete, back of the room kind of guy with delusions of grandure. Spokesman for God? Hardly. Honestly, would the visage of him coming at you in a dark alley cause alarm or laughter? This guy fled an entire country because of a comedian. A comedian! Let that sink in. Fled Canada because of a “Comedian”… But some people are stranger than fiction and can make a mental giant out of a miniscule manling. Ron intimidating? That’s laughable… Ron Self Centered, now that’s another story…

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Plus he fled CANADA, my wonderful home country. We are not known for intimidating people (at least outside of a hockey rink). Seriously, what harm can a mocking from a Canadian do to the great Witness of God’s True Church. Besides, we are known for our comedians. Dan Ackroyd, Mike Meyers, SCTV, Kids in the Hall, Jim Carrey, Andrea Martin, Samantha Bee, Martin Short (a comedy God!), Russell Peters, etc. Even William Shatner is Canadian. In fact we have taken in Americans fleeing the Vietnam/Iraq war drafts and enforced tours of duty. We have a history of accepting Americans who think differently.

Why would we be out to ‘get’ Ron?

  • Avalokiteshvara says:

Besides, America is the country who gave us Diet Coke, rock n’ roll, and JAZZ. How can you hate a country so incredibly hip that they can make effin’ JAZZ music?!!
Say what you will about America and her foreign policy, but let’s not forget her wondrous gifts!!

Lester Young playing a blues…now THAT is worth living for!!

  • chacha says:

Classic Napolean syndrome. (RW I mean)

  • chacha says:

    BTW Avalo,

“asshat” is a great word. It cracks me up all day long!

  • Kirrily Xpkg says:

He has never fled the Gold Coast – things for him AND Laura here…..

For Ron – Gold Coast Meter Maids
For Wench – Countless young men looking for cougars

    Heaven for them 🙂

Did they say Gold Coast again this year Mike? Or Melbourne? I don’t think he would have many Queensland (a State in Australia) left….. there is that dipshit way up North, and I’m sure Nathan and Sharna are still just as deluded as the day I left.

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

Ronnie’s blog says Melbourne for Atonement, and somewhere in Australia for the 2nd half of the feast. Possibly GC but will have to wait and see.

But yeah, probably most of the PKGers you met at the 2008 feast are still following him.

  • Kirrily Xpkg says:

Yes, unfortunately I believe you would be right there Mike 🙁

  • chacha says:

    says it all!
    I still LMAO every time!
