The Missing Three and One-Half Years of Great Physical Tribulation

Recently the PKG FAQ page was updated, sorely behind the time in one particular area.  (Only one?) Below are some edits that were made in one of the paragraphs, with markings for words deleted and words added.

Whether you are new or you are one of those who was scattered, if you desire to have a genuine relationship with God, then you must indeed seek (work) to learn all you can, so that you can be brought up-to-date quickly concerning the times in which we are living. You must also quickly seek to know what you must be doing spiritually in order to best equip yourself for what will be happening in this world throughout the final three and one-half years of great physical tribulation is now upon us the remaining time of trouble that the world will be going through before Christ’s return.

Time is just a wee bit short to fit in three and one-half years of tribulation before Christ returns.  Seems that their editing didn’t go far enough.  Later on in the FAQ is stated:

Since we have now moved into the final three and one-half years of tribulation, the opportunity for people to come together as a congregation will become less and less.

And later on:

The time of great physical tribulation is upon us, and soon most people will not have the freedom to pursue that relationship with God by listening to sermons from Sabbath to Sabbath.

Since Ron has prayed for the thunders, it must really be about to happen.  Perhaps he’s praying for my speedy death from the inside.  Wait, I feel something!! Oh, never mind — it was just gas.

“the remaining time of trouble”. Nice euphemism for “we have no idea when anything is going to happen”. And nice way of beginning preparations for the doctrinal changes Ron will make when Christ doesn’t return in 2012. What a total piece of poop Ron is…

  • Whisper says:

Slowly and surely around and around the bowl one goes, every downward, slowly, circularly, it’s a long process. This is how many a wanna-be famous people go out, not with a bang or a sudden act/statement but around and around, slowly loosing stature – fame – respectability all in the desperate attempt to stay in the light… Ron is a poster child for this repugnant human attribute.

  • Atrocious says:

I don’t know where he gets the gall, audacity, stupid notion and just plain idiocy to even write such a poopload of pure unadulterated nonsense. If people weren’t so gullible, it would be laughable. His mind is absolutely GONE!

  • Martin Ortiz says:

I don’t recall Mose recanting or revising any prophecy that he made.

  • J says:

I chuckled when he deleted “quickly” from that sentence. I guess he’s downplaying the urgency. Funny how as he approaches the date of Christ’s supposed return, the feeling of urgency is going down.

  • Martin Ortiz says:

“The time of great physical tribulation is upon us, and soon most people will not have the freedom to pursue that relationship with God by listening to sermons from Sabbath to Sabbath.”

The guy contradicts himself with every other breath he takes. I thought he said he would end up with millions of foollowers, did he not?

The great tribulation is here….no wait….in a few months…..ok….it’s not so much a tribulation….maybe that part will come later….did I mention it will be during the last 5 months? or maybe the last month? or maybe the last day?

  • Atrocious says:

“The time of great physical tribulation is upon us, and soon most people will not have the freedom to pursue that relationship with God by listening to sermons from Sabbath to Sabbath.”

I took exception to that particular sentence myself because he’s saying that you can’t have a “relationship with God” if you don’t listen to his sermons every sabbath. Talk about an ego! And how in the world do you have a relationship with ANYBODY listening to his crappy sermons??? I mean, he tears families apart! What an ignoramus!!

  • Mark says:

You know, it is now just a little over a year away. You can stock up enough food and water and shotgun shells to ride out the great tribulation! No more need to fear!

  • Jack says:

You must also quickly seek to know what you must be doing spiritually

So Ron is telling his sheep there is no urgency? Does this mean the tribulation is going to be delayed?
This could be the subtle beginnings of another storyline.

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

“he said he would end up with millions of foollowers, did he not?”

For a second there, I thought I saw a misspelled word. On further reflection, I realized that I was wrong, it was spelled correctly.

  • Atrocious says:

Brilliant! Martin, you didn’t realize you created an new, more accurate word, did you? Leave to you, Mike, to see it. LOL

  • Steve says:

Mark said “You know, it is now just a little over a year away. You can stock up enough food and water and shotgun shells to ride out the great tribulation! No more need to fear!”

Just incase you are not aware, he tells his followers to not stock up on food and water etc..only a few days worth is what he told me when i talked to him a couple years ago…as far as i know he hasnt changed that stance but maybe Mike knows better uptodate info?

Also Ronnie doesnt believe in self defence using weapons but using your “arms” (as in body) are ok lol…again both are weapons whether it is a fist or a bullet….yet more contradictory insanity of illogical beliefs that riddle his so called church.

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

He hasn’t spoken about physical preparation recently. A few years back he was talking about buying a “Big Berky” water filter. But my recollection generally agrees with Steve, physical preparation for a limited time, trust in God, being a PKG member will protect you, bla, bla.

this line he uses ( god sent u her to me or my church) is b.s. do u honestly think he would pick one of his children over an other. it would be like my mother picking one of her 5 children and saying i’m going to save u but not the other 4. it is just used to make them feel speciel and like his fear b.s. to keep yhem in his flock.

  • JB says:

Randy terlecki that is a good point, God did not send anyone to Ronnies cult, God is not even in that cult. People fall into the spiders web and are held there by fear and mind control. Having a relationship with God is between God and the individual. having to listen to listen to Ronnies terrible sermons only gives Ron more control.

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

Matthew 24:11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.
    Fulfilled prophecy.

  • Martin Ortiz says:

Matthew 24:11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.
    Fulfilled prophecy.

Yes, for the life of me I don’t understand why people lose faith in the bible when such false prophets like Ronald Weinland show up.

THE BIBLE PROPHESIED THAT THESE WOULD COME.

    Why are people shocked?

If you were swindled by these false prophets, count your blessings if you escaped and be motivated to study your bible so you won’t be swindled a second time.
