If by Labor Day
Here’s a timely YouTube video I thought I’d share:
In case you didn’t catch it, the Labor Day being referred to is the one two years ago, as Ron was in a radio interview earlier in 2008. Ron still hasn’t admitted to being a false prophet even with this the third Labor Day after that statement. We have only one more Labor Day before Christ doesn’t return on Pentecost of 2012. And Ron will not have admitted to being a false prophet before that one, either. On and on it goes.
Ron did not take note of a significant date, so I will. Last Saturday was halfway point of the 2nd Great Tribulation. One and three-quarters of the original 360-day times. Or one and one-quarter through his revised 280-day times. That second trumpet will blow any day now. Happy Labor Day and Happy Great Tribulation to you all.
Thanks for sharing the clip Mike. Not planning a picnic but it is a beautfiul day. With unemployment high in the US people sometimes have to be creative to find and keep jobs. Ronnie has to be creative to hang on to his job and continue to string his little flock along. If he had to admit who he really is——where would the money come from and what would he do!!????!! He has to be running out of things to come up with that is of any interest to anyone. He is putting in singing to raise even a slight level of interest and engagement. At least he is realizing that he isn’t that interesting by himself anymore.
Hey y’all out there in cyberland and in PKG – look and listen to that clip and take a lesson. Those are HIS OWN WORDS, HIS VOICE! This proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Ron Weinland is a liar!!! When are you people going to accept that?
And you, Ron, how come you didn’t keep your word??? Scoundrel.
These types never admit they’re wrong. They either wipe themselves out, taking as much of their congregations with them as they can, or they’re put in jail, or they finally (HWA) die of natural causes.
One day Ron will die (and not by anybody around here putting some kind of a Voodoo curse on him, that’s for sure) and then everybody will move on. Some into light and others into darkness, as the saying goes.
Ah yes, I remember listening to this interview. I am constantly amazed that his followers refuse to see through the smoke…and it’s not even a very convincing smoke screen!
On a side note, today (7 SEP) is 626 days since Weinland “cursed [you] to die speedily from the inside” AND 626 days until the “non-return of Christ”. Interesting day.
The YouTube clip Mike has posted is unlikely to sway PKGers or those still undecided. The interview in the clip is so old that it pre-dates the ’50th Truth’.
It is the ’50th Truth’ which brings into alignment the array of numerics with God’s Festivals shown on the PKG website. That is the reason he shifted his original timeline.
http://cog-pkg.org/publications/Timing.pdf
The year 2008 (the title of his book) is the key to the alignments shown. The alignments don’t work for any other year due to the way God’s Festivals move around the calendar from year to year. That key year for which Weinland was inspired to write his book started out as 2008 and remains as 2008.
The alignments shown on the PKG Timeline chart seem curiously cohesive.
hehehe.. And I thought Dill Weed was in charge of the comedy!?
That’s the point, Mal. There wouldn’t have BEEN a 50th truth if he had kept his word! But he had to make SOMETHING up to keep going. It’s plain that you just don’t get it, do you! HE DIDN’T KEEP HIS WORD! HE’S A LIAR! Sheesh.
Ron said GOD gave the FIRST timeline, He HAD to give it because NO one could work it out for themselves. Ron went to great lengths to state this.
So did God lie, or Ron?
Funny, cause when first timeline failed, Ron changed his story and said that God only gave him the year 2008 – (instead of theENTIRE timeline like Ron had previosly said – incl Revelation of 1/2 hour of silence etc).
Ron changed the story further – aparently people COULD figure it out on their own, it wasnt ‘Rocket Science’.
Mmmm, so again, is Ron the liar or God?
Mal,
A “new” truth doesn’t cancel out an “old” lie. When Ron made those statements his timeline was wrong and he lied about what he would do if it turned out to be wrong – 100 new truths could not change that.
The answer to Kirrily’s question is that god lied. But the god who lied is a special god, the god who is a figment of Ronald Weinland’s fevered imagination. But since Ron’s god does what he tells it to (except of course for producing thunders and trumpets on demand, and killing mockers speedily), then it’s also Ron who lied. Does that clear it up?
And Ron broke his promise to not revise his prophecies. His promise not to do it again will be broken, we’re just waiting to see how long he’ll try to milk and refine the current timeline. And how many new signs and lying wonders he’ll trot out to distract the gullible.
“’50th Truth’ which brings into alignment the array of numerics with God’s Festivals”
Numerics?
Oh mercy, back to “Numberology” again?
Secret numeric codes in the bible that are beyond mere Man’s ability to decipher?
DaVinci codes in the bible based on dates and numbers?
I’ve been using advanced mathmatics in my profession for over 18 years and have a rather tight theory about math, its very detailed, very communicating in that it transcends language, and it is of little use when it is shodily handled.
The mathmatical formulas Ron uses are weak, 1st year grad stuff. The premise for thier use in his case is unexplained. He is willing to use mathmatics to explain where he is going but not willing to use it to explain how he got to where he is today.
The math has got to balance out in the end or it is of no use. Ron’s math is school boy stuff, 2+2 lingo, but unless the math can totaly explain itself then it is of only local value, not a higher mathmatic where the series runs full circle and prooves a major point.
When one uses school boy math to proove ones pet peeves in major issues it all boils down to “Numberology”, using numbers to prove a point instead of allowing the math to guide the way.
Ron uses math to proove his point, not reveal Gods point.
Is this to hard for anyone here? Am I typing to fast?
Go figure?
Whisper, sure, you’re talking about Empirical Data. Something that most, if not all, theologians are in short supply of.
Would love to hear Betty Butterfield’s take on good ole Ronny. Here’s her take on the Mormon church. Now, I have to admit, Betty Butterfield – well you either find her funny or turn away in distaste immediately. I apologize before hand, if this offends anyone. That’s not my intent.
I’m sure Betty Butterfield never heard of Ron Weinland – he’s not very well known, you know. That would be funny, though.
