Hmm, maybe Albrecht is keeping track of the ex-CoG blogosphere, ever since his little verbal diarrhetic fart last year, claiming he was reduced to eating beans, because the tithes were so poor. (Meanwhile, he made $119,193.00 in 2007.) It was a tactic that literally exploded on him, and is still having repercussions, six months later.

Could be Albrecht is gearing up for a round of C&D letters? Or perhaps has too much time on his hands, now being rendered socially unacceptable due to all the flatulence he must be experiencing, being reduced to eating beans the way he is? Or maybe he’s gearing up for a shot at “the scattered church” based on, erm, “witnessing” what Weinland’s been up to, for the past couple years?

Interesting to speculate, at least.

As for Mark, spare me the “get over it” attitude, please. If you’ve “let go of the cancer”, what pray tell are you doing here?

One of the saddest things about what Ron has done is he’s given unbelievers another reason to reject and distrust God. He whines about mockers as if he and his little group are the only ones that have ever experienced the disdain of those who think they’re too smart to believe in God, the Bible, Christianity, etc. Not only is he not any of the supernatural personas he claims to be, nor is he being used by God to bring people to saving faith; he’s leaving a trail of broken relationships, depleted bank accounts, and disillusionment in his wake.

Unbelievers can find plenty of reasons to mock the idea that God’s word is true without someone like Ron handing them more reasons on a silver platter; heck, he’s laid out a banquet of false doctrines and prophecies.

Ron is crazy alright, crazy like a fox.
