Whisper, I’ve been wondering the same thing for months now.

Where are these things that the First Trumpet is supposed to bring about?

You know how Ron always says that people can’t see because their eyes aren’t opened.

Well, I think that works the other way around.

That is, it’s the unfortunate members of his church who can’t see because THEIR eyes aren’t opened, as we all know.

Too bad they’re afraid (or forbidden) to look at websites such as this one where they would find some REAL food for critical thinking.

As a constant aside, where is the first Trumpet?
Why do PKG-ers aisde this Trumpet per the definition of it in Rons own book and look forward to Trumpet #2?
Money is not Grass. Where is the event of Trumpet #1? Where are the deaths of many animals and many humans per Rons own book?
I’ll take a stab at “where”, no-where.
Never happened.
Oh excuses and some rather lame explantions where given in part or whole, but nothing has happened and Gods Great Tribulation marches on with with day to day affairs, good and bad happening, the sun still shines, people still laugh, children still play, people still work…
Where is the 1st Trumpet that puts all this to and end?
Where is the grass, animals, and human death in such staggering amounts that we will all be in such shock and awe that he, collectively as the human race, begin to see the portents of the final end that Ron would have us believe is being witness’d through him?
Where?

The next truth will be that he is gay…then when he announces it he will take off his suit to reveal the attire of “Bruno” the charachter of Sasha baron cohen (aka Ali G). Then he will exit the sermon and jump on to the back of a harley davidson with his “gay lover” and ride off into the sunset to his getaway home in Switzerland shoutin “so long suckers”…he even had his wife fooled.

Hey Guy,
I am so glad you left a comment on my Blog post! Thank you for sharing and providing the facts on this subject. I hope we can touch base, chat and compare notes sometime as I got sucked into the JW-Cult after I returned from Vietnam with PTSD, etc and was very vulnerable. Things are much better now that I found the Lord Jesus Christ and accepted Him as my personal Lord and Savior about 10 years ago.

Well, there ya go, Church = Ron, Ron = Church. The partitionars of said church are not relevant, they are but sheep, glassy eyed and way to interested in feeding themeselves to pay attention to the great power plays that Ron has to attend to. What a load…

Ya, if they are “messing around” with the church, which equals Ron, then they are messing around with God. Message: Don’t mess around with Ron because Ron is the very “Face man” of God and if you dare to mess around with Ron your messing with God and ergo your Gonna Get it buddy!

Delusion is a heady cup and oh how the cup has been drunk down to the very dregs…
Of course the Con must go on though even though the cup of delusion is being drunk, for how is Ron gonna live in his retirement years from now? But in the mean time it seems Ron’s gonna feed that delusion while at the same time the Con goes on!

Lemme guess, the Canuckleheads were too “liberal”, amirite? We had quite a few “liberals” (the word’s in quotes, because they were still Armstrongists; in church parlance, they would probably have been considered moderates or quasi-conservatives, in retrospect), but that was offset by the hard-core Armstrongist fundamentalism of the ordained lay-ministry.

It was pretty much a 50-50 split, in Canadian congregations; if the lay-ministry was liberal, Pasadena sent out a hard-liner, to “get the church back on TRACK”; if the lay-ministry were constantly whining, whinging, and reporting dissidents, liberals, and Laodiceans to Headquarters, Pasadena would send out a “liberal” pastard, to try and do I don’t know what? Keep things on an even keel? I’m not even sure anymore, but that’s exactly how congregational hierarchies were structured, north of the 49th……

The excerpted quote above looks to me like he’s heading down the “beat the sheep” to lead them into self-recrimination as a failure for the first and second, and now a third, timelines. Sounds like he may have quite a few “murmurings” in the rank and file, as well.

Oh, and for the record, all those “moderate” Canadian ministurds that Rotten Ron so disagreed with? Are now jumping up and down on the bandwagon for Jebus. Watch it there, boys, some of those planks are starting to look a little rotten…..
