Ron, Ron, Ron. Who are you talking about?

He can’t read prophecy and understand it, nor can he read his critics. He assumes a lot of things, or maybe he just makes it up on the spot as he goes along. I guess if the great prophet says I used to be a COG member, then his infinite wisdom is as right as his awesome fear-striking powers.

Whisper: If Ron is convicted of tax evasion, then he probably will have to spend SOME time in jail. But if you have a source of other information, I’d be interested in taking a look.

When Ron had his heart attack in 2005, Johnny Harrell and Terry Wrozek took turns doing the sermons for 5 weeks. Probably Johnny and Wayne would take turns if Ron were disabled from speaking again (whether by illness or incarceration). Since Laura is ordained as prophetess and head of the church just below Ron, she could silently pull their strings.

A new timeline is very probable as the world simply continues to spin disregarding Rons false prophecy, a 51st truth could be the sled for such requirement.
The Fed taking Ron down seems un-likely (just a educated guess here) as while Ron did wrong, he is not huring America as a nation and the Fed will probably end up giving a warning and possibly a fine.
A medical intervention in the Witless’s next 3 years is proable of some type, but enough to stop the Witless in his tracks? That is un-likely… but hey the Lord moves in mysterious ways.

If Ron was detained by an authority or bedridden by a medical condition whom would take over the preaching?
It could not be Laura, as God made her a woman and unable to teach men, such is Ron’s interpretation of such. If a big name COG-PKG’r took over for a few months could there be illusions of grandeur and a struggle for power? This I would rather think is one of Ron’s fears as “power” is the whole point of the church being built by Ron is it not?

A tip to the FBI wouldn’t do any good, because unfortunately it’s not against the law to be a false prophet.

I agree with todd. Ron’s prophecy is that the “beast power” will drag him off to Jerusalem, so he’d have to explain going there under his own power. I’ll bet he could come up with a lame explanation that his followers would buy.

But before 2012 comes around Ron will have done one of the following:
– changed to a new timeline
– be a guest of Club Fed
– or something else will intervene, such as a 2nd heart attack.
