Ron Curses Moses

False Prophet Ronald Weinland has just posted an open letter on his blog to Moses Znaimer of ideaCity. Here is a copy of it:

———————————————————————————————————-

This is the letter I sent to Moses on the 21st of July:

Dear Moses,

It is with genuine gratitude that I want to thank you for the opportunity to have been a presenter at ideaCity. Long before the actual event, I was receiving very positive and helpful communication from your staff. Once my wife and I arrived in Toronto, we began to meet more of your staff members who were also exceptionally helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic. Then, on the first morning, we had the opportunity to meet even more staff members who continued with that same excellent helpfulness, care, and concern for our presence at the conference.

My purpose in writing to you is twofold. First, I wanted to thank you and your staff for making us feel so very welcome. Secondly, I must tell you why I could not return after the first morning of presentations.

The first few presenters were interesting, thought provoking, and they tied in well together, even with part of what I addressed in my presentation. Everything was fine to this point. I understand offering diverse thoughts and opinions, as with the gentleman who followed my presentation who espoused the belief, through intellectualism, that “God never wrote a book” and how he believed in the fallacy of what was written in scripture. As God’s prophet for this end-time, I know such ignorance is all too plentiful on earth. [Weinland is speaking of the ignorant Tom Harpur, author of "The Pagan Christ"]

However, a couple of presentations later, you gave the stage to a man who was “supposedly” a comedian, but sadly, the content of his message was so revolting, perverted and blasphemous that I found it incredulous that you would have given such recognition to something so hideous. For me, this is one of the most distasteful experiences I have ever had in my whole life. It is not my purpose to pass judgment on you, but to explain to you why I found this presentation so harmful to what I had believed was a more noble purpose for ideaCity. [Speaking of Rick Miller]

Perhaps you could try to put yourself in my shoes for just a moment. Indeed, as I said in my presentation, I do not expect you or that audience to believe I am God’s end-time prophet.

However, I would think that you might at least consider that I am very sincere about the warning I gave and that I have a deep conviction and passion about the message I delivered. Having said this, I would think that you might then understand that what I experienced (and hopefully, a few others might have experienced) was one of shock and dismay that ideaCity would allow such a presentation to be given. Tolerance and diversity do have their limits in life, even in this world.

There is no example I can give to reveal the magnitude of what this was like, but consider what it might be like if I had a brother, and he was one who was known for his tireless efforts to promote peace, give monetary aid, and influence the promotion of medical assistance to underdeveloped nations (due to his great wealth, political influence, and known humanitarianism). In time, my brother was murdered by terrorists and then drug through the city behind a jeep until only some few bones and flesh remained. Then, a few months later, ideaCity hosts a comedian who mocks the death of my brother while I am in the audience. Jesus Christ is my brother and you sponsored a comedian who mocked his death in front of me.

Out of conviction and conscience toward my brother and Father, I could not return in the afternoon, nor could I participate in anything further that would show any kind of support for ideaCity. To me, participation of any kind after that would have meant I was condoning what was presented.

Since I have no idea about your beliefs, I do want to say that the Eternal God, the God of Abraham, who I spoke about in my presentation, does not take this event lightly. This is not a small thing that such mocking of His Son was given audience at ideaCity and that you personally sponsored this. It is my hope that you come to see the magnitude of the severity of your decision for what occurred and that you will pursue God’s mercy in this matter because of what it will mean to you personally if you fail to do so.

Most sincerely,
Ronald Weinland

I have tried to comment on this, but for once I am nearly lost for words.

  • It now looks to be nearly the ultimate delusion – Ron thinks he is the long-lost brother of Jesus – the brother of a deity.
The delusions seems to be getting worse. We can only hope that it doesn’t get to the stage where his followers’ lives are in danger.

We know all about Ronald Weinland and his delusions. What can we do about it before it might become too late for his followers?
What procedures can be followed by the authorities in Cincinnati, Ohio?
Does Ron have to break the law – perhaps become violent or threaten people with violence – before the authorities can do something?
Surely we don’t want another ‘Waco, Texas’ or ‘Jonestown, Guyana’.

“It now looks to be nearly the ultimate delusion – Ron thinks he is the long-lost brother of Jesus – the brother of a deity.”

Interesting idea, Que. That thought hadn’t occurred to me.
It seemed innocent enough to me on first read, but given Ron’s history, it could very well be as you say.

I wonder.. Does anyone else think Ron is saying he is now the brother of Jesus? Or do y’all think he’s saying that in the general sense that all Christians are brothers of Jesus?

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

Ron has to break the law, or be suspected of breaking the law. Which is already happening, given that IRS Criminal Investigation is going after him, knocking on doors, and interviewing his followers.

I figure that if Ron wanted to, in a single sermon he could convince them all to shave their heads as bald as his. More that than, I think he’d have to work on it for awhile, build up to it.

first thought that comes to my mind….RW was too much of a fool to look what he was getting into.
Just by what i’ve read on this blog, I would say that idea city is out to show ALL sides of a particular subject….this one being God.
Idea city obviously gave the opportunity for their audience to see a wide range of views about God. Both for and against. To show all sides. It does not appear to me that they took a stand at all, just showcased the bi-polar nature of the subject.

RW was simply there to show his view. Not to shine a light on him as GFW. He proved himself to be a bigger fool.

Second thought, why did it take him so long to write this letter?

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

“Does anyone else think Ron is saying he is now the brother of Jesus? Or do y’all think he’s saying that in the general sense that all Christians are brothers of Jesus?”

I seriously doubt that Ron would agree with that applying for all Christians. Only those who are sealed as part of the 144,000 can claim to be siblings of Jesus, first and foremost the Spokesman Witness. “Elohim” and all that.

Has anyone heard of anyone besides Weinland espousing a view like this?

  • jack635 says:

Here we have another example of it’s all about Ron. In his mind he probably thought this whole idea city thing had been arranged by God, so Ron could get his message out and start his world tour of important television interviews on the news media and talkshows. Sorry Ron. Idea City wasn’t arranged for your benefit, and now you are incensed against the man in charge because he did not acknowledge your awesome firebreathing power by banning all other speakers from his event.

  • DRMR says:

If Ron is so upset about this, where’s the Fire ?

According to the Bible, if he’s one of the witnesses, he already DOES have this power.

One more thing: If RW is upset about THIS, just imagine how it’s going to be further down the road, when, after time, even his followers ( maybe some anyway) will see he isn’t who he claims to be.

Imagine the flak he is going to have to face then.

He’s upset at THIS ? He ain’t seen NOTHIN’ yet !!!

  • jack635 says:

    DRMR

    I agree. Where’s the fire?

  • DRMR says:

” It is my hope that you come to see the magnitude of the severity of your decision for what occurred and that you will pursue God’s mercy in this matter because of what it will mean to you personally if you fail to do so.”

Regarding does Ron have to break the law; I would think that some people might take this as a personal threat from a religious wacko. We’ve all seen cases of religious nutballs threatening people with divine retribution, and then carrying out the act themselves. (not saying Ron would do this)

I just wonder what would happen it Moses Znaimer decided to go to the authorities and tell them that he was personally threatened by a religious nut ?

  • JFF says:

Mike (DDTFA)… Please refer to Hebrews 2:11-12 and 2:17 as regards our brotherhood with the Messiah.

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

JFF, your bible verses don’t clear up the question that xHWA had. Is there anyone who is Christ’s brother not in PKG?

  • Kirrily XPKG says:

I am pretty sure that once Ron said he can trace his geanelogy back to King David – I remember this because apparently someone bagged him for being German (something about a German could not possibly one of the 2 witnesses or something).

Anyway, I am sure that Ron was meaning being Christs brother in the spiritual sense (ie. Jesus is the first etc).

But look at it from Moses point of view – here is some guy saying that Jesus is his brother! Woa!! To the ‘world’ that would come off pretty crazy. Couple that with a boarderline threat – well, that’s going to come off pretty bad I would imagine.

Then you have the arrogance throughout the letter – 3rd strike I would say.

It will be interesting to see if Moses does anything/states anything in reference to Ron’s dribble.

  • Kirrily XPKG says:

I thought that ALL Christians believed that Jesus was their brother – don’t they???

  • Mike (DDTFA) says:

But does Ron believe that all Christians are Christ’s brothers/sisters?

With Ron I think it’s more. Just like a junior high school girl with her first crush may write her first name followed by the last name of the object of her affection in her notebook, Ron probably has written “Ronald Elohim” in his Bible.

  • Kirrily XPKG says:

Oh sorry, I get it now.

Ron taught us that those who are called (because PKG is the only TRUE church, that would mean only those in PKG are called) and are baptised with hands laid on become embryo’s – when we are born again (after dying and being resurrected) then Jesus will truly be our brother.

Ron believes that EVERY other human being will be given this opportunity in time.

So, from what I have been taught – both spiritually and physically – ONLY PKG members could call Jesus their brother at this stage – I guess, even in an embryo state. This ties in to what Ron said in ‘A Special Diet’ to the ‘Does’ – “You have never been addressed by one of God’s True ministers before” (or similar). Remember, Ron does not believe that ANYONE loves God or Jesus except those in PKG. (Because NO ONE else KNOWS God and Jesus apart from PKG – so how can the love someone they don’t know).

This is just my understanding mind you – I am rusty on all this now! :-)

  • jack635 says:

“Then you have the arrogance throughout the letter ”

I noticed that too. He starts off like it is a letter of gratitude:

Dear Moses, It is with genuine gratitude that I want to thank you for the opportunity to have been a presenter at ideaCity

then closes with God is not pleased with you and the consequences could be severe.

Well he did tone it down a bit. I didn’t see him write the words pig, disgusting, or sick. Those seem to be his favorites.

  • xHWA says:

“on probably has written “Ronald Elohim” in his Bible.”

    ROFL

  • angel says:

Maybe ideaCity thought RW’s presentation was a comedy act, too? :-)

  • jack635 says:

    angel

I really liked that comment. I have wondered if that is what Moses Z was thinking when he booked Ron’s act.

  • jack635 says:

shock and dismay that ideaCity would allow such a presentation to be given

Ron! Moses Znaimer is in the television and radio entertainment business. I guess your delusions do not allow you to see the world for what it is. M Z is not afraid of you because he knows what you are, and you are no prophet. You have been deceived by a multi millionare who ran a religion business corporation. Give it up and let your captives start enjoying life.

  • Whisper says:

…can you just imagine Ron in the wee hours of the night, awake, alone as Mrs. Voiceless Witness has fell off into sleepy by, attempting every now and again his “Witness Powers” just to see if they’ve appeared yet?
In the darkness with the moonlight streaming through the windows Ron alone, quitly as no to wake up Mrs. Witness, attempting to stop or start rain in this city or that… curse this person or that with an afliction… pick a city for a nuklear (spelling :-) weapon to detonate and pray real hard for a moment that God would listen to the prayers of his most trusted minion and get the prophecies going just a little faster so his following will have uber-faith and the new comers will flow in…

Honestly, how would Ron know if he didn’t try every once in a while as it did not happen as he wrote in his fantasy book that the Witness’s would know they had recieved thier powers when the 7th Trumpet sounded.

“Oh please just stop raining in the midwest today…”

Hey, wouldn’t Ron personally be responsible for the elusive 1st trumpet if he where able to stop the rains and thereby cause the “grass and tree’s” to die off? What an ego boost! Maybe he needs new batteries first though…

  • Mark says:

With all the misery and suffering in the world, this is where Ron decides to take a stand? How about he take a stand and go out on the streets and show compassion to humans who are in need, like Jesus did. If he wants to claim Jesus as his brother, he should try to emulate Him.
